I genuinely cannot stand it when I order something and see it is coming from here. Ive had multiple packages lost by them. They are never on time. I had a package today that expected between 10am-12pm. I took the time off of work to make sure I can be home & put it together for my wife before she gets home from work. I can see the guy was in my neighborhood at 11:30and then I get a notification saying my package is being delayed. I thought okay maybe like an hour, maybe two, thats fine. Then I get another notification. Estimated timeframe before 9pm!That doesnt even make logistical sense if the dude was already in my neighborhood. And the time frame going from 10-12 to before 9pm, genuinely doesnt make any sense either. THAT IS A 9 HOUR GAP! I work in the service industry as well, and I we DO NOT give 9 hour gaps to our customer. Needless to say, wife is home. Package is still not here. UPS is horrible. DO NOT go to this UPS store for passport photos. I did and photo was rejected for not being up to U.S. passport requirements!! When I went back I was told no refund without the receipt (which I didn't keep due to TRUSTING the customer service). Fortunately my passport was not a rush issue but if I - or anyone- needed to be in another country quickly for a loved ones funeral/memorial, it wouldn't happen because somebody who's hired to do a government needed picture was too lazy or rushed to do the job right. I was in town for last minute business with family. Needed notary services and I was quite surprised UPS store offered it. Called the store to get more information and I decided to come in right away and as soon as a walked in I was greeted by someone. The whole process was smoothly to get my papers notarized. Amy I believe is the person who helped me and she was very efficient! It's definitely a busy store that offers many other services besides mailing packages. You can print, shred and much more. Parking is right outside the store. I was in and out within 10 minutes. Will be back for sure for other services. read more

I Went to send documents on Monday, they told me it would be there Wednesday morning and I paid about $100 I was tracking my package and it was showing that was still at the location. I called them. They said it's OK. It will be there Wednesday morning m, Wednesday morning, I called them why my package was not delivered this year that they cannot issue me a credit because the package has not been delivered. The next day package was delivered later. I called them. They say they cannot give me any credit even if I talked to the manager, And there was not guaranteed I told it said on even the receipt that it will be delivered Wednesday morning so anyway never gonna send with UPS or trust them that they will deliver my packet in the day told me . read more

I have used this location for faxing, notary services, and mailing packages- both UPS and USPS. The staff is patient, friendly, and helpful each time I've been in. I've gone in when it's empty and when it's packed. The employees are efficient and thorough about getting to customers as quickly as possible, but I've never felt rushed. read more

The only reason why I put the store as it may be recommendation is because it wasn't doing anything stupid like FedEx was doing. So FedEx wants to be idiotic and not ship out colognes and perfumes because of them being " flammable" which is the most stupidest thing I ever heard because everybody shipped that stuff out. So UPS did it with no issue. The only problem is it cost almost $20 for a envelope to ship them in and I was told between the 17th through 19th this month. Check the tracking and it was talking about some BS of shipping was delayed due to conditions. Due to what conditions? It ain't raining there's no storm on its route. what a joke. And yes, customer service is really great. The girl who helped me who is extremely helpful and friendly. Just don't like the fact that UPS doesn't even know when their own service runs. read more

See now, when I buy a box. I expect my slots contents to only be received by participant with keys to the fore said box. This will be the 4th time money has never showed. In 3 years or so. First gift Card from out of state, my second stimulus, and then again with a claims check for reimbursement. And only got attitude from employee when brought up to keep eye out for this piece of mail. As I was repeatedly asked to state my info OUTLOUD in front of multiple customers. This doesn't sit right with me and now I probably can't change addresses without a unnecessary and undeserved hassle involved in doing so. Unprofessional in short words. One star because I can't leave 0. This is the WORST place to go to send anything or have any UPS services done. The Management sucks. Jenna has horrible attitude and doesn't know how to run her own business. The computer is broken almost every time I visit. Sadly, Jenna is still charging her customers the computer charge even while management is personally responsible for printing for customers while their computer system is down. This is my go-to place for shipping, printing, and purchasing stamps. I use them for both UPS and USPS. This location is close to my home and central to other stores i frequent so I do not have to go out of my way. Due to the COVID-19 pandemic they have changed some of their policies and it may take a bit longer to be helped but the staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always. I like that my ship-to addresses stay on the system so I don't have to bring my address book with me. I'm so glad they are open during the lockdown and I am comfortable enough visiting their store. read more

Horrible Customer Service. I got there trying to mail a package and while the girl was helping me she decided to stop midway through and assist another customer. Then she attempted to over charge me for my shipment and gave me the wrong change. Then I asked how long it would take to make a key and she told me just a second so I requested one and she told the other girl to do it and they made me wait 15 minutes until I finally had to just ask for my key back since they obviously weren't going to make it for me. She's a blonde named Rachael and should definitely be fired for not only not knowing how to do her job but also for just not knowing how to counting change. read more

I needed a single poster printed for a college project. On the phone, they were really helpful in answering my questions. They gave me an email address to send it to them. About 20 minutes after I emailed it, they called to tell me it was printed and asked if I wanted them to trim it. When I picked it up, they helped me promptly. The price was less than the guesstimate they gave me over the phone, and waaaay less than their competition quoted me. They even found me something to protect my odd size poster for the trip home. I very rarely will take the time to write these reviews, yet the customer service I recieved by Allison at this UPS Store was so phenomenal that I just had to take the time out to say thanks! Allison was so helpful, so informative, and so understanding that UPS is truly blessed to have her as an employee. I was selling my wedding ring to a supposed buyer out of state. I wasnt 100 percent sure if this buyer was scamming me or not but i was hoping for the best. I informed Allison of my situation / transaction with this individual and she immediately provided me with the exact info i needed to cover my butt, and to make sure I wasnt scammed out of my 14k White gold diamond Wedding ring. I was sure to follow her instructions to make sure I did not loose my ring to this supposed buyer without getting my payment from paypal. Needless to say, unfortunately this was a scam, and I am so glad I had Allison to help me out, because if not, I would have lost my $4000 ring to this master scam artist. With Allisons advice and assistance i was able to reverse this shipment before loosing my ring, and my shipping cost. Which was greatly appreciated, because not only could I have been scammed out of my ring, I could have also lost the shipping cost which I really cannot financially afford to loose at this time. So big shot out to Allison for being such an amazingily awesome representative and taking such great care of me. Its people like her that help make the world a better place when inncocent people are being taken advantage of. Go to UPS Store on panama and ask for Allison. I know I am coming back here for all my UPS needs. And the Worse part of all was, paypal themselves didnt even know it was a scam! They assured me the payment would be released to me soon from this buyer, yet it never was. This UPS store is awful! I paid over $60 for a two day delivery and the package never arrived. It has now been 5 days. I called this store multiple times to find out what happened only to be put on hold. After my 3rd phone call attempt an employee finally decided to help me with this lost package. I was immediately informed by the employee that I had to call UPS corporate for the tracking data. When I stated that UPS corporate sent me to their store to resolve the problem, the employee finally entered the package info and stated what I already knew...the package was never delivered. Wow! This same employee finally decided to contact UPS corporate to find out what the status was of the package. She was suppose to call me back. Of course she never did. I had to take time off my work to go personally to this store to be told that an investigation was initiated. I asked how long it would take and she said she did not know. When I asked her to refund me the package cost she stated she would not do this until after the investigation. Really??!! Another employee finally stated that it would take 8 business days to complete the investigation and update me with a refund. As to how I am supposed to get this information is unknown. I will be filing a complaint with the local BBB. read more
