This is utterly ridiculous, and it seems to me like they just wanna be lazy about stuff. They left mail-in the mailbox that I wanted to be picked up and taken. We put the flag up in everything, and it just seemed to be ignored i'm tired of the Post Office just disregarding the fact that someone with a disability needs help. We had them installed…read more Her clerk then decided its NOT the right spot and in front of a gate see picture there's no gate, and we need to move them. Mind me it's one pole to the very right. Cindy is unable to tell us exactly why,and where to move it because she is QUOTE: too busy . Meanwhile my tenant gets their mail from a 3rd party,random neighbor, which is completely against the law. Cindy's clerk also put this note on my mailboxes. This coming from a USPS !!! I have reported this to any place I can ,it's discrimination, illegal completely against the law. Nor did they make any effort to try to do the leg-work required to answer my questions. This shouldn't have been hard since I was able to find answers to my questions by making several more calls.

The temporary repair will probably last a few more weeks. It's already coming apart best solution would be to repave entire parking area and entrance . The drive-through mailboxes are still closed, due to continued vandalism. I parked and went in, waited in a short line before I handed my letters to Frank the friendly clerk at the front counter my mail was in good hands. I asked him about the drive-through mailboxes and he said he doesn't know when they'll be repaired or replaced, What a shame, Frank was very informative professional The post office inside is nice and clean shiny floors and it wasn't busy, which is always a surprise. Your carriers need to stop using "Delivery attempted, but front door or driveway was not…read moreaccessible" as your free pass to not deliver Amazon packages on Sundays. I don't need it Sunday and they obviously don't want to deliver it on Sundays but when they pull this little move it delays the actual delivery almost a week. There is NEVER a next day (Monday) attempt. As a retired vet I can't stand you Government employees in jobs where FAILURE is always an option. DO BETTER!

You can make a Saturday appointment for a passport. Call at 8:30 on Monday morning to schedule an appointment for Saturday. You can walk in and wait in line weekday mornings if that works for you, which it didn't for me.
