The lack of clear communication with employees at this UPS Store was very disappointing. I was quoted one price for color copies, but ended up being charged much more, and the employee seemed unsure about both the printing process and the pricing. Better staff training and clearer communication would help prevent situations like this. read more

I have only had great experiences here! The staff are always really nice and helpful answering any questions! I drop off boxes here at least a couple times a week and I've been really thankful they take USPS as well since the post offices are inconvenient to get to. They also do Amazon returns and there are kiosks for speedy returns if there is a line. read more

The ladies and gentlemen that work at this store are wonderful. They are very friendly, everyone who enters the store is greeted. They are very knowledgeable about all the different kinds of shipping options and will let you know the costs of the different options. There are kiosks to return Amazon items but if you need help they are happy to do so. All my questions have been answered quickly and very efficiently. Even if the store is crowded the line moves quickly and you never have to wait very long at all. I am glad this store is close by and staffed with such a great staff! read more

I like coming here to return my packages from amazon. It is a quick drop off. The only concern I have are the prices to ship packages. I'm only shipping them to another city close by, but it feel like I am paying to get them across state lines. I just wish prices were more affordable. read more

I went in today to do some returns and one item I tried to return was something from Amazon to begin with the lady that helped me was rude and wasn't friendly. She was an older woman with glasses. When I tried to make the return she said I needed to package the return myself I mentioned that Amazon delivered this item the way it was and she accused me of lying. I then tried to explain that they did but that I would pay for the packaging anyways and she still felt the need to comment " yeah no " as if her being rude and accusing me of lying want enough she needed to get the last word. Anyone who often purchases from Amazon knows there's are times where they deliver items without being in a proper package I don't think it's appropriate to accuse anyone of lying about this even if you aren't aware. I won't be returning to this location. read more

This UPS branch outdoes the competition. Always courteous always efficient always job done right. Employees are downright awesome. Yet one person that is the store manager who also is a top notch notary enables this perfect operation. Her name is Elizabeth Neri and she is both a highly skilled manager and a high capacity notary. I am an economist who thinks real hard before providing 5 stars but this branch and thus Ms. Neri deserves it. As per the notary jobs Ms. Neri is able to do pretty much everything and does it fast and right and the price is fair. Do not go elsewhere this your store and everything will be done right for you. read more

So I actually thought I was reviewing Office Max when I did my first review here. Sorry all. I was like, "Why does my Office Max review say UPS Store?" Sorry UPS Store, you deserve better than that. This store is right near the US Marines Recruiting station in East Bakersfield. It is a little hard to see, so just remember to go into the parking lot West of Sonic and drive to the end. UPS Store is right there. There are always ladies working in the store when I go in, and they are always really nice and accommodating. Big smiles, great attitudes, and helpful as can be. They have everything you need in the store to pack and ship your stuff at a great price. I have never seen lines here like at the post office. I get my business done quickly, and I'm on with my day. They are a nice group of people and are running a clean and efficient store. I will continue going there. read more

Lost our package, couldnt give tracking number. Worst experience ever! After choosing the UPS Store over going to the USPS because we were shipping to Canada, the UPS store shipped with USPS anyway without our knowledge or permission. Whats more? The USPS would have charged $35 to ship our package while the UPS Store charged us $51 for the same form of shipping. NEVER USE THIS (OR ANY) UPS STORE!!! read more

Charged me $15 for a passport pic, which is the norm. Took it to the post office to get my passport. They didn't take the picture correctly and it was denied. I came back the same day to get a refund and they didn't want to give me one. Lame and stupid. Take responsibility for your mistake, a passport is a government document, you'd think they would take it seriously. read more

She was working alone and multi tasking with perfection; this included answering phone calls while processing my fax, acknowledged customers in line and completed my Notary documents while ensuring she followed the specific steps as requested. I rarely go to UPS because it's kinda far but with Amazon they tend to force your hand. Now first off - I'm not an anti mask weirdo - I get social distancing and in fact I'm supportive of it. So when I see a bunch of social distancing placeholders on the ground where to stand, I happily obliged, as did the 4 people behind me. We were standing there for a few minutes until one lady being the counter (and I didn't get her name but she had fried bleached blonde hair and working at the front register facing the door) rudely and I mean RUDELY asked all four of us to get out and close the door behind us because we are letting cool air out. Now I'm not sure if someone left the door open, wasn't me, but because I was the head of the line it came my direction. So I obliged. And when I came in I asked about the dots on the floor and why there were 8-12 of 4 customers were allowed. Seems a little deceptive and to be rude when people follow your already strict protocol. Not smart. So I kindly let the rude woman know I'd be letting people on yelp know - AND one the nice ladies behind me gave me the thumbs up and giggled because she was obviously frazzled and confused by the rudeness. All in all, if your progression is customer service, either suck up you personal issues, or choose a new profession. I'm sick of how people treat eachother. So she gets it back in fold from someone who isn't scared to say it. read more

The supervisor Ariel Salguero and her staff were very professional and made it very easy and convenient for our client to sign his documents. I came here to get some documents notarized. There was a couple at the counter doing the same thing and one other person in line in front of me. More people started coming in. I was initially told I would be served next. Thirty minutes later, the notary told me I needed to wait while she did a couple of live scans for people who came 8n AFTER me! I turned around and left. the UPS store on Mall View Rd is quite exceptional. They will make copies, read through your important papers to see where they need to notarize, send overnight mail and treat everyone like they are special. Love this place. Very well run with employees that know what they are doing. read more

I always have a pleasant experience at this location. I don't particularly enjoy mailing out packages or waiting in line to do so, but the employees here make it so easy. They are always helpful and extremely friendly. I'm usually in and out. However, even on the visits when I have had to wait a bit longer was truly not a problem. Incompetent and unfriendly!! The worst costumer service ever!!!!! I had to pay for a document to be notarized and sent overnight 2 times because Clerise the Notary told me that I needed to have the attachment when all notaries have a general attachment. Then she denied misinforming me and refused to refund any of the 70 dollars I spent!! She was completely rude and incompetent I will never do business here again.
