Have a PO Box set up here and they have been cordial with me. Nothing outstanding that makes me feel like I'm a valued customer but also nothing to complain about. The value for what they offer has been to par so far. I'm usually the creeper hanging out in the parking lot waiting for them to open at 8, so I can grab my mail and get to work. This location was very convenient. I was about 5th in line when I came in but the line moved fast. Something I bought from Amazon didn't work so I was returning it with a pre paid label. The transaction took less that 2 minutes and my box will be back at Amazon by Friday. Very happy with the end result. read more

I was totally shocked with one of the staff members who helped us return our items to Amazon. Instead of helping, he was very rude, he rolled his eyes several times when I didn't understand what he was asking me about. When I called him out on the rolling of his eyes, he raised his voice and made me feel like I was the dumbest person. His manager stepped in to help us as he stormed out of there, purposely hitting things and screaming as he left the room. I would give negative stars if possible. We just received a box we had paid the store to package. They literally took the box we dropped off my deceased grandmother's favorite glasses in, a box with a note taped to the top asking that they take extra care of it, and put that box, open and untouched, into another box surrounded by packing peanuts. Hispanic heavy set woman had RBF she hates her life, every time I go in, she never wants to do any work and her co workers pick up her slack, her co worker asked her if she wanted to do something for me and she she just walks off and nods her head no with an attitude. This isn't the first time nor the second time. Usually I give three chances before I write anything online. All the guys are nice and have good customer service. I come here for a specific service that is not even involving postal/ parcel service. The employee always handles my business with them very professionally and accurately. Always a smile on his face and just a nice guy. Store has everything you would ever need to mail a package and hardly ever a line here. Clean, organized and stocked. This UPS Store is conveniently located and has great customer service! I had a couple of packages that I was returning to store that had mailed me preprinted mailing labels. They said I could go to any UPS Store and the shipping would probably be covered. I'd never sent anything back this way, so I was hoping it was going to be as easy as they made it sound. I had no problem locating this store which is in the strip center behind the Hooters on the North side of Rosedale Highway. I walked inside and directly up to the counter. A young woman with a genuine smile approached, noticed it was a prepaid return, and said "Do you need a receipt for this?" I nodded my head no and without skipping a beat she said "Have a nice day!" took the package, and I was out of there. I was literally in and out of the store in approximately 30 seconds. Wham! Bam! Thank you... They have a number of other services here. I saw a signs for rental mailboxes and a notary service as well as copying machines for use by the public. My friend told me that she had her fingerprints taken there. Why? Who knows but you can be sure I'll be wheedling the story out of her soon. When I got here the person that does the work was on break and the other worker told me I had 20 minutes and after I waited my 20 minutes she arrived with food and told me to wait 10 more minutes for her to eat. I went in just a few days ago to pick up my ups packages that I requested to be sent to their location because I wouldn't be home and I wanted my packages at a "secure" location until I got back in town. I get there to pick up my packages and a lady with blonde hair tells me to call the store I ordered from and tell them that my packages arrived opened??? I bought clothes for my baby and many items were missing. I really don't believe the packages arrived opened and with missing items, I'm almost sure my packages were opened at the ups store itself and the person took items that were appealing to them. I ship near daily for a business and will regularly have a few dozen packages. I normally drop off at the Hageman UPS store [amazing store btw], but today had some last-minute errands to run on eastern Rosedale so I figured I'd drop them off at the Rosedale UPS store to save time rather than go out of my way. My packages were all pre-paid and pre-labeled, all organized in a single box. Normally at any of the other UPS stores I've used, I simply walk in, wait in line, drop off at the counter and that's the end of it. At this location, however, I was told that they "only accept up to 10 packaged per individual". In what world does a shipping store limit the number of packages they can take? I'd understand if these were large packages, but mine were all contained within a single 16 x 10 x 10 box [considered a "small box" when purchased at the post office]. When asked "what should I do with the rest of my packages?" they stated "find a post office". I left, found the neared post office which ended up adding an hour to my commute thanks to traffic and timing, and learned my lesson. If you ship for a business or have multiple packages to ship, don't waste your time coming here. The store on Hageman is far superior. read more

Due to circumstances, I was forced to go to this ups store again to drop off some important packages. Yelp says they are open till 630, Google says they are open till 630, but are they really open till 630??? NOPE! I got there at 605pm on a Monday and they were already closed down early again! Now I have to make a second trip tomorrow to another UPS store to drop off my packages. What a waste of time making plans to go to this location after work because they advertise as closing at 630pm. Worst customer service I experienced. My wife and I came in to pick up a package at 10:30am today, we told them that we received an email yesterday that our package is ready for pick up at this location. The lady "white chubby lady" at the front quickly told us to come back at 1pm,without even checking the computer, because our package is not there yet. I ask her to pls check the computer and she rudely said "why would your package be here?" After going back and fort, they finally check the computer. And guess what?? They have our package!! The way they talk to us were very rude, their tone of voice far from friendly, make us feel we are stupid. I hope the management see this and make appropriate action. read more

I needed to ship some documents to China and needed them to be notarized. I went to FEDEX on Stockdale first. They were kind of rude and told me they don't have a notary anymore. They charged me $70 for the shipping to China but said I had to make the line, there were at least 5 people in line and the person in the front of the line had a tower of 6 packages. I decided to come to this store because it came up on my Yelp phone app when I searched for "notary services". I am so glad I did. There was no line, the girls that work there are so sweet and professional, they notarized my document and got it shipped for me all for $68 with notarization included. I was out of there in 10 minutes at the most and it was so easy. I am now a faithful customer. read more

Odd thing, because I received notice that my package arrived two days prior. So I called the store number sitting outside hoping to give the automated system my tracking number to find out where my item went. Oops! Ashley picked up instead.
