Total ripoff. They charge 27 cents a page for printing. For comparison, Office Depot charges 18 cents. But on top of that, UPS has a $5 "service fee". So if you want to print one page, $5.27. Ridiculous. EDIT: While I appreciate the fact that you took the time to respond, your response is completely useless (and perhaps AI generated). I have never dealt with a more unprofessional staff member than the Associate in your store named Sabrina, I came in on the afternoon of 2.14.25 to mail a package to San Bernardino. She advised me of the price without giving me any options for the services. I have previously used that location with no problem. I have mailed stuff via USPS there and it was considerably less expensive than what I was quoted by that girl. Due to her mistake on entering the address, the package was not delivered and was returned to the store. Now, not am I out the initial money I paid for shipping the item, I have to incur further costs to actually get it there. Rest assured, I will NOT be using the services at this location. read more

The lady employees are hurried and busy... I cannot really recommend them for their offered service of passport photos. They were not taken with confidence and I am going to bet dollars to donuts that I am going to get the photos back from immigration, declined and unusable. Tip for all customers - hang on to your receipts! And come in with lots of patience! Also, there is a Yelp deal attached to this location, I think it is just 5% off. They do not honor it here for whatever reason. The location itself is convenient but the parking lot most times of day is crazy. read more

Was in this morning (a Saturday) and once again had great service. When I got there around 9:30, there was a line, but I could see only one employee. It took about 15 minutes before I was helped. The whole time, though, the employee, Sabrina, was being very friendly and efficient. As often as possible she would try to help two customers at once. She never appeared annoyed or frustrated and answered every question she was asked in a friendly manner. Clearly, one of the other employees must have called in sick or something. It's rare to get customer service that is friendly and engaging while in stressful, understaffed conditions. Kudos to Sabrina for her huge efforts to keep things positive for everyone waiting this morning. I will definitely continue to use this UPS store. read more

Had never been to this location before. Never even noticed them. I was so happy to find them because we had a package that needed to be sent as soon as possible. Made it just before they were to close at 6:30 pm. The girl who helped me was nice. There branch seemed a bit smaller than the store in the Northwest. Although I believe they offer all the other services that the other UPS Stores do. Now that I know this branch exists, I will visit here more often. I went here yesterday (Wednesday, May 21 around 345 PM) to ship off some text books. There were two ladies and a male working. The male was very kind in explaining that they don't provide packaging for ground shipments when I had told him that had been done for me before. The woman with long black hair then chimed in very rudely when I was asking the difference to inform me they don't do that at this UPS and that it is because they were privately owned or whatever nonsense words came out of her mouth. Anyway, because of her rude behavior and tone I gladly drove the extra ten minutes and spent the money on gas, to give my business to another UPS rather than pay for my packaging there. The other UPS was much kinder and offered packaging too. Should the owner see this... Suggestion: hire staff that know how to treat customers. I would've gladly shipped my items out of your location and paid for packaging there if I didn't feel the woman was disrespectful. read more

It's your standard UPS store, just a little on the smaller side. I've been here to ship packages and for notary services. Each time I've been in and out of here in under 15 minutes. They always have notaries on staff which is very convenient if you have some last second documents to sign & mail out (like we did for our marriage license application). Signatures were $10 each, and the notaries know exactly what you need for various documents. Shipping has always been quick & easy. They always help you pick the right type of packaging and make sure it's super secure. The tracking is always spot on too. They're more than happy to take the AAA discount (5%) or the check-in discount (5%), but they can't take both. One thing that would make this place better is a kind of self-serve kiosk. I'm not sure what the logistics of that would be, but it would make it way easier for those who go in knowing exactly what they want/need. read more

Incredible service! I walked in to pick up a package and groaned when I saw it was busy. The Manager saw me and, before I even got the claim slip from my box, one of the employees in the back had my package ready and waiting at the counter! I was in and out in 45 seconds rather than having to wait in line for several minutes. read more

Came in at 6:12 P.M. on a Friday. Was returning defective equipment with prepaid RMA sticker. There were already several mailing labels on the box and a packing slip. Young lady there said, "No problem." She covered the old labels, sealed the box, put on the new label and I was out of there in under 90 seconds. Unbelievably great. read more
