Had to make a quick trip to the post office on Camino Media wanted to get my mail postmarked (no charge), and securely mail it myself, no problem P.O. is only five minutes away. As I was turning into the entrance a traffic barricade was right in the middle of the lane , it was covering the same large pothole that's been there for three weeks since my last visit. The drive-through mailbox's were also taped off with barricades and not available. Post Office wasn't too busy, I found parking spot right in front. I had just a short wait behind two customers, we commented on the barricades, the pot hole and how long it's been blocking the entrance. I asked the attendant about it, he said maintenance was working on it, he kind of shrugged his shoulders. He date stamped my mail and sent it off for me, friendly quick service. It's a shame it's taken so long for the entrance to be repaired. I forgot to ask him about the drive through being shut down. I hope next time I visit entrance will be repaired. read more

I came in for passport processing for my kids. There were two ladies that helped me during my visit. They were kind and helpful to us. I had to drive an hour out town for these services and they saved me a trip home and back again. Where sometimes I find businesses just want to say no... these ladies worked with me through the no's so they could tell me yes. I was very impressed with my experience. read more

Now that a birthday card something special for someone in my life that was special on August 18th 2025. Now I called 10 days later and it said that they have a delay they can't even tell me where are the package went why it's not showed up at the right facility and why it hasn't arrived at pay $8.90 to get it there that time we manner no Way of finding out what happened to the package/ Birthday. I call and there's no one to help me find out what went wrong or the location of the item. This is the first year that I have had for service with the United States postal service in the United States of America. I went to the post office on Jan 26, 2026, to send mail across the country. I waited in a long line to be told use the kiosk. The post office worker, Jerri sent me to the kiosk and hands me an envelope thats huge so I take it go to kiosk but . She is gone. There is writing on the envelope. I don't know how to use kiosk. Then the letters got lost for two weeks with no updates ,even though I had a tracking number, it just said accepted. It made me question everything I did that day. Went back to this post office talked to Eddie, and he went to the back, came back with a piece of paper, and told me it was returned to me, which it was not. Then he said it was on its way to its destination. It was not. He had a piece of paper which he refused to let me look at , I was not allowed to read the paper he had , and then he said I was going to steal it . I just wanted to see it. So the letter ends up in my mail box, next day saying it did not have enough postage and this is why I wanted someone to talk to instead of using a kiosk. 2 weeks in limbo. So I go back the next day talk to Eddie again, but by this time, I don't even want to deal with this person. Because he refused to let me look at the paper he had. So strange. Anyway, I say I want a supervisor, and I want my money back. So, finally I get to talk to a supervisor and I say I want my money back, then I proceeded to tell the supervisor about the paper he refused to let me see, well Eddie lied and said he showed it to me, while he is smiling, he thinks its funny. I said no, no you didn't , then he proceeded to lie more about the situation. Eddie and Jerri should of taken the time to help me in the first place. Its sad as a consumer that I was treated badly by these individuals.They lack the interpersonal skills to deal with the public. I like the supervisor. I wish I could of dealt with the supervisor but I was told by Eddie he was in a meeting on Feb 9th 2026. I still don't understand how the postage was off when I used the kiosk unless jerri gave me the wrong envelope. It said I owed 2 more dollars and change on the envelope. I did get my money back. Gets my package that has been in transit all week. Cool delivered today, no big deal. Nope they decided to send it to Ridgecrest. So now being that it's Saturday, I guess it's a Monday delivery (Edit: actually Wednesday). You'll have to pardon my frustration USPS, I worked for a Government agency that expected competency and results so this kind of thing is really not cool with me. Edit: 12/4/2024 Another package sent here for final delivery but someone figured it needed to go to Rialto first. Now it's stuck in San Bernadino for who knows how long (and then onto Santa Clarita, Pegasus, and then Camino Media...AGAIN...who can hopefully put it on a truck for delivery and not one outbound to who knows where). These people need a talk about attention to detail. I realize it's a busy time of year but if it managed to get to your station on time, don't be the one to ALWAYS screw things up! Oh, get a voice mail system if you're not going to answer the phone at this station. You're busy, we get it, but when you consistently screw up, expect people to want to know what the hell is going on at this station. You'll get your package eventually is not an answer. read more

It seems the Rain or Shine or Sleet or Snow axiom is dead. Now, they leave a note on the door, have you rescheduled on their funky website, then don't redeliver, which causes you to go to the dirty and unfriendly post office. When you go to the bell, they tell you to ring to get your package and per their sign you ring it, nobody answers. 10 minutes waiting later, you finally figure out you are being ignored and go wait in the line. Jokes on you. I think the USPS, at least in this area just doesn't care anymore. Their morale sucks, nobody is smiling, it's just another government bureaucracy cloaked in free market advertising. I know, they are a hybrid government and for-profit service, but they are proving beyond a doubt that such partnerships don't work very well. Alas, you already knew all this. I do remember a time when post offices were efficient, mail was sacrosanct, and the postal facilities were so clean you felt healthier just walking in the door. Now, all I want is to finish my business and get back out that door. Massive fail USPS, that's why private and online companies are putting you out of business and have been for years. This review is a little late but better late than never I had went to the post office on a Sunday to send a package to Atlanta area. I was using the self service kiosk and had just completed my transaction and had my address label in hand. Another lady had also gotten her package stuck in the parcel drop and cautioned me about using it. I got hers unstuck and put my package in before putting the label on it. I took a blank envelope and partially attached it to it and wrote that this is the postage label for the box that has no label. I sent that through the same slot. It took a week, but it made it to its destination. Thanks to all at the Camino Media team that made this happen ! read more

Zero would be the right rating. With a long line and a sign on the postage machine that said "buy holiday stamps here" I used the machine. Ordered 60 stamps and they started printing 4 inch plain white stamps. Stood in line for 20 minutes to get Christmas stamps and was told "nope - you bought those" by a rude clerk. Asked for the Supervisor and he went to the machine and said "you're right, but we cannot help you." I very politely asked for phone numbers to request Holiday Stamps and they gave an 800 number that only provides a survey and hangs up. I saved several patrons from making my mistake. This Post Office is worthless when it comes to customer service. I would welcome a US Post Office official contacting me to discuss this matter! read more

I don't like that the price of the stamps are getting more expensive every year, all their prices are going up each time I go there. Honestly I've never had a bad experience here other than wait time, which is something to be expected at a post office. The employees are always kind and helpful and never seem exasperated like some other employees do at other locations. They have signs up indicating you will need to observe social distancing and wear and mask while inside. 10/10 will return! I appreciate that they do their job with a smile. read more

One person in pick-up and one person in regular line, first person finishes and now the regular line is long so employee says push button and leaves pickup. No one ever answered button and after 25 minutes I'm finally helped. However, employee couldn't find item and then tells me it was being delivered today. I have to go to the Post office quite often since I sell things online. I've had okay experiences, but today I was pretty shocked at how rude their staff was. I went in to put quite a few things in the drop box, let an old man go in front of me, but then it got jammed. There were some kind people trying to help me out, but no workers approached me. So I went up to the counter and waited for the worker to finish with the customer. She was rushing me and she asked me "what do you want?" And then I asked her what I should do since the drop box was jammed. She rudely pointed to a place to put my boxes and asked me to leave the line because I was holding it up. I was kind and said okay politely, but I was very dissatisfied at how rude she was to me. I will be going to UPS from now on. read more

I rarely go to the post office but this place is always busy. They need help. The outside drop off boxes are overflowing and it is easy for anyone to take mail out of them because they are filled to the brim. It's definitely a concern. There's always a line inside too. Every time literally every time I come here FRANK is so rude to people. Well I got dealt the hand today. Took in my package for my insurance claim because it states that you can take it to any office to get the claim resolved. He told me that he wasn't going to take my claim and I need to go to another post office. And he said that he doesn't understand why everyone comes to the post office. Alright, I ship a lot of stuff guys. I've been to almost every post office in town on multiple occasions now, and here is the scoop on this one: Employees here are friendly and helpful but try to be brief and concise since it's always a zoo in here. Kudos to them for trying to make it work. They also seem to be fully stocked on priority mail supplies every time I go in, which isnt the case everywhere. The parking, crowds, and lines are UTTER CHAOS. The line is always to the door! I just want to stop and tell everyone like, you know you can print the label online and just drop your package??? And get like 30 mins of your life back????? So if you are doing something that requires a human service rep, I would highly recommend using another post office for that. Many of the other ones in town are not this busy 24/7 and/or the lines move a bit faster. As far as dropping mail goes, it's easy peasy and they always seem to have room in their bins for my outgoing packages or my mail in their drop slots. Let's just say now I know why I just do from home there is a line out the door and there is only 2 checkers and one is very very rude to a little old man. He has hard time understanding English and she is so rude to him and short with him. She was yelling at him. A couple people turned around and left. I wouldn't want to do this again. This post office is a very busy one. It is located in a convenient location on old river road and CaminoMedia. The wait time in line is pretty quick depending on the time of day you come during the holidays it is real busy so get here early and be prepared for a little wait time. The customer service is great the are very knowledgeable and shipping your packages out. They also have a self service machine that you can buy your shipping labels from so you do not have to wait in line you can also buy labels to send out your normal letters. If you Need to drop off an out going package the have a designated area for that you just come in and drop your package off then you can be on your way. Also the sell greeting cards and different cards for different occasions they have some gift cards also available for purchase. Wow! I am in complete utter shock!!! This postal worker named Felix, refused to give me the amount needed to send some birthday cards out! They were already stamped and I wanted to confirm I wouldn't need more on 1 of them. He grabs them and starts BENDING THE CARDS IN HALF!!!!! Then he laughs and says these are going to need to be sent as packed $3.80 EACH. I said, "ok, I'll go to my regular post office." HE SAYS "well I'm going to stamp all of them postage needed" AND STARTS STAMPING A RED STAMP ACROSS MY CARDS!!! Background: (This info did not figure into this review.) I live in Pumpkin Center, near Taft Hwy & the 99. Whenever USPS has a package for us, we have to drive all the way to Camino Media to get it, even though Larson Lane is miles closer. The powers that be could really provide more convenience if they would allow us to pick up in 04, instead of 09. Irritating. Review: I have one of those little orange slips to pick up mail. I arrive at this office at 9:44am; there are at least ten other people already in line. Two of the four windows are open. At 10:01, I get to a window, where the very pleasant fellow retrieves my mail. Good service once you get to a window, but the line just doesn't seem to bother them. I don't understand that. I leave at 10:06am. 22 minutes to pick up one letter. Why is that acceptable? The agents are nice and pretty efficient, but they need more open windows more often. Seriously! read more

If there is a line up during business hours - it can be a LONG wait. I have always had friendly service when I have reached the counter, however. The best part of this post office is the self-stamp machine for a letter you need to send, even internationally. This is available even after hours. Not available for all pieces of mail, just a standard letter but I use this option quite often. Quick, painless and never a line. Place your letter on the weigh scale, punch in where it is going, attach your stamp after you make payment and pop it in the on-site mailbox! For sure not enough parking in the small lot out front. During the day it looks like bumper cars with people coming, going, and circling around looking for a space. read more
