It's my first experience to have something hauled . I requested to haul a large analog TV circa 1990's but still working though and this is with built in cabinetry . Jerry and companion assessed from the upstairs bedroom and figured out how to efficiently bring it downstairs . At the first try it was really challenging to navigate this VERY HEAVY tv around the stairs. In an instant he came up with idea to dismantle the parts to lighten the load and what was good was he first got our consent which means not able to donate it anyway since it's really not desirable even for goodwill. We moved everything into our garage so they didn't have to have a hard time going back and forth in and out of our house. The guys came and brought a huge trailer to haul the garbage. My wife and I have been doing some rearranging of sorts in our house and wanted to get rid of some items we no longer needed. I searched around Yelp and even Googled some trash removal & hauling services, what amazed me the most was the responsiveness we received. In a 6 hour time span after leaving messages to about 6 companies, only one responded within the first hour and was ready to go, Ebenezer Hauling Services. Other companies did respond but Ebenezer Hauling Services also provided a price quote that seemed unlikely others can match or beat. They were ready to go in an hour but I was not, I requested to schedule the service in a week just so we can gather everything into one spot to ensure nothing was overlooked. We set a time of 1pm in the afternoon, about 10 minutes prior I received a text stating they were on their way. Upon arrival they did not park in my driveway which I appreciated, I feel a business should ask permission out of professionalism. They did ask and I had no issue, my only question was if their truck had any leaks which they didn't. I directed them to my garage where we compiled our pickup and the two men worked immediately and with great efficiency. There was no doubt in my mind that they were professionals, they were breaking down the furniture (two dressers) and a sectional couch with great finesse. They worked through the stuff and had it loaded in under an hour, again, I was amazed how fast and efficient they worked.
