I am very happy with my experience overall with Clever Junk Removal. Simply put, they understood the assignment. I was doing all this yelp research on the best businesses for junk removal in my area and was so happy I stumbled upon Jeremiah and his team. Jeremiah was very responsive and provided a quick quote. I essentially had rented a 40-yard temporary rollaway dumpster and needed just the labor to move all my junk into that dumpster. We spoke on the phone early in the morning and scheduled an appointment for the next day. He showed up with a fellow team member and they worked it out. They also knew a lot of restrictions with the dumpster where you can't exceed the height of the dumpster and you can't have materials such as brick or stucco over 1 foot high. My only note is that we had scheduled it for 1:00 p.m. and they were late due to a flat tire, but hey, they still finished the job and that's the most important part. True troopers. He initially quote me a price but I gave them extra because I was so pleased with the service. Post construction cleanup was a breeze. Affordable and takes the time to do things right. He will give you a time frame and call you when he is 30 minutes away. The job took longer than expected - my mom wanted to throw more stuff away than anticipated in the quote and they stayed to finish the job. A bunch of work at the house left us with a massive pile of debris that everyone said was someone else's mess. Clever Junk was able to come out the same day, they could not have been friendlier or more efficient. Refreshingly, they didn't pull the BS I've experienced with other junk haulers where they say they didn't know I needed to get rid of fill in the blank material and tell me that's an extra dump fee etc. Can't recommend this young crew enough. read more

I had to cancel TWICE due to emergencies at work and they were responsive and understanding with zero hidden fees or costs. When they came for removal they were quick and professional.
