She was courteous and had the guys scheduled to meet with me by the time I came home from work that same day. The guys also came with an empty truck bed ready to haul all my junk, and I mean I had a lot of junk, within 30 minutes upon arriving. The guys also brought their own dustpan, broom and trash can to clean up the area where they just removed the junk. I have a bit of a time sensitive emergency situation. They sent someone to meet with me immediately, we're reasonably priced and we're able to start the job the same day. It has been a pleasure working with them so far and I would highly recommend them. They work fast, are super efficient but have also made sure to be very careful and aren't afraid to ask when they aren't sure what you want. They make sure to try and deliver exactly what you need. Despite some slight language barriers, we have worked around them. Despite that challenge, they have still done a better job communicating than most companies do. They tell you when they will be there and *if* there is a slight change or delay, they make sure to let you know immediately. I really appreciate that level of professionalism.
