I had attempted to get other "professionals" who no-showed or never showed habitually, never returned my calls to assess and address a problem window replacement that had attracted squatters-Brandon handled that-what a relief! He also took the initiative to secure entrances I was unaware were problematic or "compromised." Brandon is super-busy being dispatched out on projects with his bosses projects-he's exposed to lots types of tasks so his gift is versatility. I knew right away when talking on the phone he was genuine, honest, and trustworthy. 11 years ago when we acquired some rentals I wish I knew him as a resource. But I'm grateful for the experience he must have been aquiring diligence and problem solving, sometimes people seem to get really lazy, that's the last word I would use to describe Brandon.
