The two guys were here from Service Masters prepping for removal of water damage ceiling. Matthew walk into the area where the ceiling fell in and pointed to the guys look there is the leak. His guys were a few hours away with the camera and hydro jet. He hung out the entire time till they got there. He said we are in this together! I asked the gentleman before I…read moreleft the house to please check the pipe that goes from the solids to the liquids for that's where I've had a problem before. Obviously this is the problem with my septic and they will not come out and lower my water so I can work on it. They were going to charge me again for the full $490 to help me remedy my problem. I have used them twice in the past I will never use them again and I will steer people away from using this company. I just thought in good faith they might help me out. It is just not good business practice.
