I really found Brandon easy to like. His positive can-do attitude is refreshing in a…read morequiet-quitting, cynical world... Sometimes there were misunderstandings on details but overall Brandon showed up to get my most elusive tasks done-over and over. Kind of like Racer X from Speed Racer-comes from outta nowhere and solves an annoying problem that everyone says they'll handle-but the beast won't go down! I had attempted to get other "professionals" who no-showed or never showed habitually, never returned my calls to assess and address a problem window replacement that had attracted squatters-Brandon handled that-what a relief! He also took the initiative to secure entrances I was unaware were problematic or "compromised." Brandon is super-busy being dispatched out on projects with his bosses projects-he's exposed to lots types of tasks so his gift is versatility. I knew right away when talking on the phone he was genuine, honest, and trustworthy. 11 years ago when we acquired some rentals I wish I knew him as a resource. But I'm grateful for the experience he must have been aquiring diligence and problem solving, sometimes people seem to get really lazy, that's the last word I would use to describe Brandon. For us, Brandon is a welcome addition to our arsenal of good workers. His wife runs Shimmer, Sparkle, n' Shine- a cleaning "etc" business. As a duo they really helped to clean out and deep clean an apt. left unattended. Thanks Brandon. Although I would think this of most people, I wholeheartedly state that this world is a much better place with Brandon in it. Woo Woo! Scott

Recently called Pistol Pete's Plumbing to fix my shower (again) due to leaking. I originally called…read morethem out back in 2024, thought they did a good job until the issue came back a few weeks later. Thought we could just bypass it and do a semi-fix in the meantime. We were brand new, first time parents and didn't have time to worry about it. Fast forward, I called last Friday (06/12/2026) thinking, they fixed it once, maybe they can try to fix it again. They scheduled to come out Monday (06/15/2026) - thinking they were going to look at the issue and quote me. 45-minutes later, the job was done, I was told what was the issue and thought "maybe since they originally were the ones to fix it, they are doing me a favor" considering I was never quoted or told what was the issue until AFTER the job was done. Little to my knowledge, I was then told the job cost me $375 on the spot. A cartridge replacement for my shower nozzle ($20 on Amazon x 2 - I have two shower heads in my master bathroom) + $335 for "labor fees". HAHA MAN! They sure loved to see me coming. Never again will I use their services, but also ensure that I just want a quote before any job is done. Would not recommend or if you do, always get your quote first.
