Paid for all the materials and I even provided my own drywall screws and some tools for him to complete the job. The job should've taken two hours like he quoted but after almost 12 hours of work over a two day period with no real progress, I felt like I was being taken advantage of. At the end of both days he asked for money instead of completing the job, presenting an invoice, and having me pay him I just felt like this project was going to go on and on and on so I called a professional to come out they completed the job in less than an hour and said the entire job should've taken less than three hours. It's a common story in the Kern River Valley. Just better to stick with a professional contractor.
