Although my unit is hitting 20 years old, it was found to be adequate and no issues with ducts. Replacement could come later. The airflow and dirt was able to be corrected by replacing the wall covers and insulation. All wall covers were replaced with sturdy metal grates instead of the flimsy Lowes covers that insulated. All dirt surrounding the old grates on the walls and ceiling was cleaned up and all areas were tidied up. The dirt circulating stopped immediately as was diagnosed. Although I know a system replacement will be needed in the near future I will definitely trust Big Builders when that time comes. I do not know what other obligations they may have had for that day, this work took a lot longer than I had originally anticipated. Brian was meticulous and thorough instead of throwing it together and getting on to the next job.

I had leaks at 4 different spots in my house for the past 3-5 years. I had used 2 or 3 other companies to fix the leaks in the past. He then spent the next two days working easily 8-10 hours fixing everything wrong with my roof. He sent me a ton of pictures showing what he had done on each part of my roof. I have a massive roof.
