DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! We were quoted $250 to come out and certify that our roof is good for another 2 years as we're trying to sell our home. Our roof is only 7 years old, has no leaks and still looks new. John came out and was up on the roof for 5 minutes and said he "found" a couple nails that needed to be silicone caulked and that it would cost $395 to do it. We said if that's it that can we just do it because $395 is a ton for that. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to us. He called today and said that they previously misspoke on the $250 quote to certify the roof and that it was supposed to be $650 for the certification, but if we were still willing to climb up on the roof and do the work, that they would certify it. So I got mad and said that it sounded like he found a way to get paid for the $250 certificate like we previously agreed upon and the overpriced work that needed to be done of $395 without having to drive the hour to my house and still have me on the roof. We had contacted Superior Roofing to have our roof repaired of 3 leaks in our warehouse. During the first rainy day after they came and "repaired" our roof we noticed that it was leaking in about 7-8 different places from before. We called them back out and they "fixed it" again. Then there was another rain day, still more leaks! We AGAIN called them out. They sent somebody to look at it but now we are unable to reach them. We have left messages, sent emails, and still no word on when we will get our roof repaired. We have had materials damaged due to their inability to actually fix the leaks in our roof. We spent a lot of money and our roof is in worse shape than before. I definitely would not recommend using this company. Update: Thank you for addressing the issue. Unfortunately, this review will not be a positive one. I tried to find the positive things, but I really found it difficult about Superior Roofing company. We had them come out last spring to fix the roof tiles after we had solar panels installed. After that, the first rains we had we had leaking in our bedroom dripping from near the ceiling fan to the foot of our bed. After multiple calls, they finally came out to inspect. The guy only climbed up on the roof and said he repaired it, but the next rains showed that it was not repaired. It took many more calls to finally have someone else come out from their company. At least he went up inside the attic and took video and pictures of the area that has been damaged and where the leak might be coming from. It took more phone calls to get them to come back out to repair it. But it did not get repaired again. It leaked on the next rain that we had. Again, it took many more phone calls from my husband to get them to come out again. Once again, we thought they were finally going to repair it. They came out and did something in the roof but this last rain proved that it is not fixed still and The holes in the ceiling in our bedroom are getting larger. We've tried to call them through over the holidays and they are supposed to call back, but they still have not. The fact that they don't call back shows me that they are not a very respectable company. They do not stand by their work. And they don't honor the customer by returning the calls. We are over $800 for the cost of the repair back in the spring. read more

Our Roof began to leak into our living room ceiling during the recent rainstorm's and left a huge stain. I contacted Superior Roofing and they came out in a timely manner and provided me with a reasonable quote that same day. On the day of repair, the staff were friendly and professional. They informed us they were going to repair the roof area of the leak before they got on the roof and gave us an estimated time of completion. Superior Roofing is definitely a low bid roofer. They will replace your roof but the work is sloppy. Being a craftsman myself in a different trade, I take pride in clean work and customer satisfaction. I tried to get them out to my house to repair some issues that I had with vent pipes and shingles that appeared open, but they did not come out. I called them several times and spoke to their representatives but the owner or manager never called me. Once they were paid they ghosted me. I guess I get what I paid for since they were the cheapest but they should still honor their word as a business. They say that education comes with a price and I certainly paid my dues! read more

A roof can either frame the house, much like a frame does a painting, or it blends into the homes around yours getting lost in its similarity. Our home is framed beautifully. Each crew that has worked on our roof has been very hard working, pleasant, and proud of the work they perform. I don't see that as much in the trades today. However, it's clear they enjoy their work despite the elements they work under. The true test of a company occurs when adversity happens. Direct conversation with the owner and the foreman were swift and resolution was quick. The integrity of this company, it's management, and it's employees is exemplary. Repaired fascia board which had wood rot. Upon the estimate they found some broken roof tiles and another board with rot I did not see, they offered to repair these as well but did not push me to do the additional repairs. I agreed to all the repairs. They made the repairs quickly and efficiently, would highly recommended. read more

I had this company put a roof on for me and they did a terrible job.. I spoke to the owner about a few problems that could have been addressed when the roof was getting installed, he said to me of it isn't on the work order ,it is what it is....so I said if something is broken like one of the vents or a rain cutter or a vent, your not gonna reach out to the customer and ask if they wanted repaired?? He told me no. I replied im not a roofer, how in the heck I'm i supposed know what is what????? We had a new roof put on a manufactured home almost 2 years ago. I had no reason to open the outside door to my water heater until recently because now I am selling the home. I found that the exhaust vent pipe to the water heater had been ripped violently out of the top of my water heater when they removed the vent from the roof. When they replaced the vent on the roof while doing the roofing job the vent was placed crooked. The exhaust vent pipe coming down to the water heater cannot be reattached to the water heater because it is coming down from the roof off to the side of the water heater. I have been calling since March 3rd, It's now June 9th and they have not shown up to fix it. I get promises to come look at it, I get promises to return a call, all blank promises, lies. Nobody shows up. See the pictures. They had messed up my forced air heater air intake and exhaust also. I had to threaten to report to the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) before they finally returned and fixed that. I did not notice at that time the water heater was also screwed up. Beware this contractor! Good luck getting them back to fix their screw ups! read more

Did a very through job on my rotting fascia and corners of my roof. Clean up could've been better but very happy with the work done.

Honestly, don't bother. We had a 12 noon appointment, no time frame was given, just 12 noon someone would be here. My husband took time off work to wait for someone... 1:00 P.M.....2:00 P.M. came. My husband called them and they said they were an hour out. After another hour my husband went back to work. Obviously they don't need the business that bad, not even a courtesy call advising they weren't going to be able to make it. Wish I could give a zero star. Will definitely look into a responsive roofer for further assistance. read more

I am appalled at this company's lack of concern for its customers. In June 2021, we hired Superior Roofing to repair our roof, which had a slow leak we had been dealing with for a few years. My husband had broken out the wall to repair the water damage. After Superior Roofing "fixed" our roof, my husband left the wall open to see if there would be any moisture during the first rain of the year. On October 28th, after the first rain, we contacted the company because our roof leaked worse than ever before. Before the repair, the floor would be wet, but it was not a lot of water. During the first rainfall after Superior Roofing's repair, the rainwater filled a five-gallon bucket halfway. We were told someone would come out the following Monday, which was November 1st. Someone from the company did come by and looked at the roof as well as a video of the water leak. This person said someone else would be coming by, but no one ever did. We have called and left multiple messages for Sergio, the owner, who, incidentally, came by after the job was done to pick up the $2700 check for the repair, but we have never again heard back from him or anyone else from Superior Roofing. It is now December 27, 2021, and I am sitting in my living room listening to the rhythmic plop plop of water drops as they hit the plastic five-gallon bucket that now adorns the corner of our dining room. At this point, we have hired a reputable company to replace the roof, and are asking Superior Roofing to refund our money. I don't hold high hopes they will do the honorable thing, however. read more

Sergio gave me a fast and reasonable estimate and the work was completed by a hard-working, respectful crew before the rain hit. His office staff was also very helpful and made it easy for me to submit the required paperwork and schedule an emergency appointment. Man, I don't know what's up with the other people who wrote reviews on this site, but Sergio and his guys were awesome. They worked like absolute DOGS to get my roof done before a storm came in (and you know how crazy Bako storms can get) and when they were done, they literally had to wait until it stopped pouring rain to finish cleaning up.
