They are currently fixing the water damage in my kitchen. The guys didn't move my stove and refrigerator out. My son is going to take them out. When they took the cabinets out they were told that I was going to keep them. My son is a cabinet maker and was going to check them out to put lthen back. There are gouges in them. My son will have to make new doors. Everything is dirty. My kitchen & living room are both dirty. I thought they would put up plastic to block the kitchen off. Nope. Please do not give this company your business. They demolished my home either because they're frauds and for insurance purposes, or because they are extremely incompetent. First off I never write reviews but this is one of the worst experiences I've ever had. They were called to the home I rent to clean up some water. I had a pipe bust in my bedroom bathroom that flooded almost half the house. Almost immediately they started drilling holes into the walls and destroying things. They removed the bottom of the sink even though the water started behind the toilet. I guess because I'm renting the property they didn't feel the need to let me what they were doing or why, so I had to ask the question. I knew pretty early that this didn't seem right. For example they drilled over 70 holes in the walls but didn't pull up the carpet. They demolished everything else like hurricane Katrina hit except for the one thing they were called out for. Then the bedroom and living room share a wall, and although the bedroom was completely flooded they didn't check or treat the living room. It's almost like they wanted to cause more damage. Next they hooked up the equipment to the wrong outlets and it tripped the breaker so when they left the dryers over night only half were even working. Day two carpets still saturated with water. Plus I can't turn on my tv without half my electricity going out. Day 3 carpets are starting to smell like mildew. Thankfully we get a second opinion from another carpet company and they basically say almost everything was unnecessary. The only reason they could see anyone doing all this damage is to rack up the cost for insurance purposes. Furthermore we were told if the carpets had been pulled the first night they'd of dried in 12 to 24 hour. So basically a job that should of took a few day is now going to take closer to a month because of a the damage caused by this company. Day three continued: management calls them to come back and pull up the carpets and pads. Which should of apparently been done the first day. Unfortunately in the middle of all this I had to go out of town, and you guessed it things got worse. While I was gone they came to my house twice to adjust their equipment or whatever. I come home to find my air conditioner not working ( it was over 100 degrees that day) apparently cause by their equipment tripping the breakers. Also my back door was left opened (thank God I wasn't robbed). Day seven they come back to check the carpets. They use their equipment that is supposed to detect moisture. They say everything is dry however I find a few more wet spots with my bare foot. They recheck and basically are like my bad. Next they spray a chemical to help deodorizer the carpets, next day my 18 month old breaks out in a rash. Finally after 70+ holes, a ripped up bathroom floor, a ripped out bottom sink panel, a back door left open, air conditioning repair, a child with a rash, carpet padding removed, carpets ripped up, and over a week later they say their done. I know that business are trying to make some of the money back that they lost in the pandemic, but this is not the way. This has caused me and my family so much stress, please do yourself a favor take your business literally anywhere else, maybe even consider doing it yourself. read more

Zero stars more appropriate! My plumber recommended this water damage company on a Sunday afternoon due to unknown water flooding into adjacent apartment. Having no real choice , I called & spoke with Shana who relayed my issue to Jack the owner. He swung by & he called me to discuss water problem. I mentioned that I had no insurance coverage and that I would pay CASH! He said he couldn't send any techs until next day because I had to sign his insurance claim document before he would begin any work even if I paid CASH? He said I'll call you Monday with estimate. I followed up with text & voicemail with no response until late Wed! (I will forward copy all my text & time stamps with no replies) His assistant Shana said they will help me if I just sign insurance payment document & wouldn't accept my $1500 credit card deposit ?? They didn't send any photos of supposed water damage? The long & short is a "cash job" isn't as profitable as an insurance claim where owner has to sign away all his rights & he also financial liable for any billings made by contractor! "IF" I really had untreated water damage for 4+ days & they didn't bother or have the courtesy to call or text me, the water damage would have been financially enormous! However, another licensed guy came out & gave me a "no water damage" report & didn't charge me! So "insured homeowners beware" & carefully read any documents before you hire any water damage restoration company! PM if want my assistance! read more

When our attic flooded, for the second time, Pro Restoration Services quickly arrived to dry and clean up the crazy mess. They were careful when cutting into our celling; seriously, the lines were perfect (which helps reduce the cost of repairs.)  Customer service was great. Heidi Yglesias was especially attentive and forthcoming. Felt comfortable with the staff, they were easy to talk to when we had lots of questions. Never felt any pressure to make decisions. The worst experience have ever had with repair company. I had some water damage in my kitchen about 2 weeks ago. They had my wife sign a piece of paper that they will charge us 400 dollars if we don't use them for the repair without verbally explaining to her about what she was signing although they have already charged the insurance for the drying costs. If a company has already been paid for part of the work should they charge an fee of 400 dollars???? 400 DOLLARS FOR AN ESTIMATE REALLY. I think this is plain exploitation. ProRestoration Services did an awesome job from start to finish when my house got flooded recently. They responded within an hour with employee Joe Flores after I called. Joe did an excellent job along with employee Efrain Oliveros. They made sure the job got done from the cleanup to replacing the carpet, painting, and linoleum in a timely manner. They worked well with my insurance company to make sure I got the best work done with no money upfront. Most of all, the employee's Joe Flores, Efrain Oliveros, the owner Jack Bispo and the rest of the staff were all very courteous and respectful. An absolute competent and highly professional group.! Unfortunately I've had to call on them twice...within two years! Joe Bispo responded to my call (cell phone...on a Sunday) and immediately sent out workers the next morning! All of the workers were respectful, always on time and just great. Joe Flores helped me tremendously with understanding my insurance, and those highly complicated letters from them. Must mention Efrain (from last year) and the young Louis(recently married!
