Don't trust and don't use them for your septic needs. Those people who said that they quote you fair on the phone and unfair at the site is 100% correct! Lady was super nice on phone but the guy who showed up will talk your ear off. Fortunately for me, I did all the work before he came to pump the septic, so when he said that he needed to use an auger and then pump our septic, I knew he was lying. He raised the price by $300. I told him that's not what was quoted and in over 20yrs of having a septic I never heard anyone having to use an auger before pumping a septic tank. SEPTIC CRISIS CUSTOMERS BEWARE!! Be sure to write down quoted prices and hours spent at your home for the service! And don't pay until you get an itemized break down or you will be OVERCHARGED. The owner of the company was very friendly and helpful at the time of our septic overflow. She quoted us a break down of pricing before they came to fix the problem, they were very prompt on coming out and fixing the problem. Once they were here they emptied our tank and said they needed to come back again the next day to flush the leach lines. After the work was complete the service tech handed me a bill that didn't have a price breakdown, just a total. My husband called the owner requesting a full breakdown of charges. He made a log of the hours spent on our job because money was very tight. By our calculations it was a pretty large amount that we were overcharged. We did pay them for their services the day the job was completed on their request, we were told if we didn't pay that day we would incur an 18% interest charge. We called multiple times to request the job breakdown and to resolve the issue but the owner ignored our requests and got upset over the phone when we asked for an itemized receipt. Disregarding our concern of being overcharged she snapped at me saying, "isn't your unit working?!" Sadly, the owner was very prompt and helpful at the time of us needing service until we questioned the amount of the bill, then we couldn't get an answer anytime we called unless we called from a different number. Hold on to your wallet! This is a marital tag team. Smiling "expert" husband gives a detailed examination of our troubled septic system prior to their certification. After much explanation, he bids the job for $3000. Boss wife, jacks up the price of the job to $4000 without explanation. Later adds $200 more. When asked in person for an explanation, is defensive and hostile. Especially troubling as they profess Christianity, and advertise as being "Honest." 2-21-2020 read more

We called this company because our travel tralor black tank was clogged, and within a half hour the worker showed up. He worked very hard and was able to fix our problem. He even cleaned his mess and taught us the dos and don't of travel tralor living. We will be calling this company if we have any more problems in the future. read more
