They attempted to charge us for the use of their generator, even though power was already available on the property and we had our own generator. They also dug up and diverter box without our authorization, claiming it was and needed replacement. In addition, they told us that the septic tank lids were deteriorating and needed to be replaced. on top of that, they left the property without pumping the septic and did not give us any information as to when they would come back. Concerned about these recommendations, we hired another septic company for opinion. That company informed us that the lids were in good condition and did not need replacement. AAA septic had already removed original diverter box, a new one had to be installed. A few days later, we received an invoice stating that we had payment due within 30 days but before the 30 day Period Had expired, we received a certified letter stating that a lien was being placed on our property for an amount nearly 3 times higher than the original invoice, with no explanation. At no point did we refuse to pay the bill, nor were we given the full 30 days indicated on the invoice. The company was aware that our property was in escrow and that a lien could create a serious complication. Based on our experience, we found the company's business practices concerning, and would advise others to proceed with caution. I would absolutely not use them again or recommend them. They cost us thousands of dollars more.

Lady was super nice on phone but the guy who showed up will talk your ear off. Fortunately for me, I did all the work before he came to pump the septic, so when he said that he needed to use an auger and then pump our septic, I knew he was lying. He raised the price by $300. I told him that's not what was quoted and in over 20yrs of having a septic I never heard anyone having to use an auger before pumping a septic tank. Rip off, please go somewhere else to save on your pocket book.
