They had blankets to protect my things on the trip and even parked just off my driveway because they knew the weight of the truck would do damage to my thin, already cracked concrete if they parked right on it. They were personable and had a fair price. Moving can be a grueling experience, but they were professional and did everything they could to make sure things went as smoothly as possible. They even disconnected my washing machine and dryer from my old place and connected them at my new play. I called 3 other moving companies along with F & F to compare services, quality, and price. On move out, they were fast (but careful), and protected each item appropriately. There were unforeseen circumstances that delayed receiving my keys until over 2 hours after our arrival. Raul handled the situation with a lot of grace, despite having a smaller job planned for later that evening. I thought for sure my move in was going to be delayed another day, but that didn't happen because Raul went above and beyond. His employee was fantastic as well, but I unfortunately forgot his name! He was a young gentleman with long hair. If I ever come back to the Bakersfield area, I will remember F & F Movers! I just wish I knew what the F's stood for (fast and friendly?).
