My first time with Jaguar. Worked with Christian. After looking at my gate he passed it by a couple professionals on their opinion on the best way to repair the structure. Afterwards I am happy that they chose the best solution. I have no issues recommending them to friends and family. read more

Jaguar wrought iron had already been out to the property. Had already started the estimate and the owner had already called before I was brought onto this project. When I called the first time I had been promised on 6/20 that I would have my estimate by 6/22. No problem. I called later 6/23 for an update, no big deal. I was told that my message would get to my estimator and they would follow up. Awesome. I call 6/28 and had an unpleasant phone call with Kendra. She, by the end of it hung up on me because "they are so very busy". I didn't even have the opportunity to ask her a solid time frame to follow up since the owner of the renovation I'm working on wanted a price after already waiting weeks for it. I'm not certain why they feel like regular questions are insulting or disrespectful. However, that's how they will treat them. If a company doesn't think communicating effectively is necessary, then you shouldn't be in customer service. read more

Overall the work was very good. Clean up was a bit lacking; however, the service requested ( design and install side wrought iron gate) was achieved. A little expensive ( though I did not shop around to compare prices) but the look of the gate was worth it. read more

Placed phone call to Jaguar Christian responded. The next day he came out, gave me an estimate told him what I would like. This is what they installed. They have great quality, and worth every penny of what I spent highly recommend read more

Terrible phone etiquette for getting an estimate for gate work. The guy I spoke to was rude and negative about the whole jobs itself. Do these guys really want work for the community?? read more

I was eventually given the quote and was apologized to. The email recipient apparently was out of the office due to health issues. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt but it would be a good idea to have someone take over in someone else's absense. read more

Great work. Quick response and repair time. I will be using them again. They take pride in their work.

Waited to give my review until a few years after installation to see how my gate held up. I was impressed with how professional they were when sitting down with me to help me with my design. I'm totally happy with my RV gate and also how the paint has held up over the years. Had my gate painted glossy black knowing the elements would take hold over time and the paint would eventually fade. Would highly recommend Jaguar Fencing for any wrought iron needs. read more

Jaguar Wrought Iron - RV Gate - Fences & Gates Near Me - Bakersfield, California

I worked with Jaguar Wrought Iron for a couple of weeks to get the perfect design for my entry security doors, but at some point, they were not interested in what the customer wanted and I had to choose a competitor. Alex Wrought Iron never bothered to call back and I'm talking about nearly $3000.00 security screens. I ended up choosing Gomez Brothers and they are installing the frame work this Tuesday and doing the doors to my exact specifications. I will write a review on Gomez Brothers when the job is complete. read more

I have been dealing with a gate that when there is any rain or moister in the air it won't shut that was built and installed by jaguar 11/2014. I paid over $10,000.00 for fencing and a custom gate so you would think they would take care of the problem. Nope... I have been asking one of the owners Josh to take care of it for over a year with no resolve up to this point. Josh has told me multiple times that they would take care of it and the last time we made a appointment for 01/19/16 they no showed, no call and Josh won't respond to why it wasn't done or when it would be. Every morning and night I have to manually close my gate that I paid over $10,000.00 for! This has gone on to long and I'm done being patient... read more

IMPRESSED!!! What company supports their customers for a fence they did 35 years ago??? Jaguar does. The fence is standing strong and beautiful, the 5' brick columns solid as a rock. The brick base is solid. The panels are in great shape. The automatic gate opener finally went out and they are coming to take care of it. If you want a fly by night job that might last a few years, there are cheaper options. If you want something that you can be both proud and confident in for decades to come, use Jaquar. By the way, my neighbor down the street used them several decades ago and she is so pleased with her fence. It is truly an heirloom. Joshua, Kendra Thank you from all of us. read more

Jaguar built the perfect gate on the side of our home. The original gate was wooden, but it needed to be brought up with style and Jaguar fabricated the fence I wanted for so many years. Don't wait, contact them now if you want something special done in wrought iron around your house. read more

We've lived at our home for over 26 years now and have had Jaguar put in all of our wrought iron starting with our pool fence, then our side garden gates, our stair railings, and most recently beautiful gates inside between our living-dining room area. I was not sure what I wanted so Ryan e-mailed me some cool designs. I then asked him to follow the pattern of our lead glass windows & the results are spectacular. There were a few design issues that would have prevented placing decorative glass within the gates. No problem: they came back out and fixed the problem at no cost to me. We are now waiting for the tempered-decorative glass installation that I know will compliment their artistry. We are very pleased & thankful for a job very well done. read more

I hired Jaguar to build a single car driveway gate. I wanted it private and sturdy. Ryan (the salesman who I happened to be acquainted with from 25 years ago) came out and measured. He told me what they came up with and it sounded great to me. They came out and installed a sturdy, somewhat okay looking gate. We only ever said black gate and never actually went over what kind of black. It was a very glossy black. My fault I guess. They said it had a one year warranty if anything goes wrong to call them. Well, a couple of months after installation the gate started leaning and would not latch properly. After dealing with this for longer than I wanted I finally called. They sent someone out and their fix was to weld a piece of metal to it and use a short lag screw to go into a wood fence behind it. Within a matter of weeks the weight of the gate started pulling the screw out of the wood fence and leaning so it would not latch properly. After two years of dealing with the leaning, not closing properly gate, I called Ryan the salesman and told him my issue. He came out the next day and drew up a sketch, took some pictures, and said he would let me know the next day or two what they came up with. A week went by and I never heard from him so I called the office. They took messages, didn't answer the phone, said Ryan was unavailable, I left messages on the answering machine, called Ryan's cell phone and got nothing. Ryan had ghosted me. I've done a temporary fix with a longer lag screw and it's starting to lean again. What a disappointment this all is. Jaguar in my experience is a terrible example of what customer service and quality work should be. Shame on Ryan the Salesman for ghosting me. He took the $2400 and ran. read more

I needed a custom gate built and installed for my front courtyard. After getting 4 estimates, I went with Jaguar. Not the cheapest, nor the most expensive. A big reason I went with Jaguar was my dealings with Ryan Davis, who was nothing but helpful in designing the gate. He sent me pictures of different gates, and my wife tweaked it to get what we wanted. It sure does enhance the look of the front of our house. read more

Question: If I can prove you owe me the money, no matter how long it has been, will you pay me for what you owe me?

I gave this company 4 stars because I had to request that they come back. The new gate was starting to rust. They came back, repainted, and it looks fine now. I have never had a problem with their representative coming out. read more
