I finally stumbled across Titan and had them come out for a look. They could do both the block and wood and their quote blew away everyone else I had gathered quotes from. They showed up right on schedule and got to work on the fence. We hit a snag or two but nothing major and the project took a few days longer than expected but it got done and the workmanship is excellent.
