I am very pleased with the level of service S&L Concrete provided!…read more I had about 5 contractors quote me for the job I needed done (filling in an inspection pit). When the gentleman from S&L came, he kept the comments brief and professional. Oftentimes in my experience, contractors will exaggerate the condition of the problem in order to charge more or get you to agree to getting unnecessary work done. No "slimey salesman" vibes here. Also, their quote was one of the fairest from the list. They arrived on time, worked at a good pace, and cleaned the area afterwards, which is something I don't see typically from contractors I've used in the past. The work was only done today so time will tell if it holds up. However, I'm confident that the job was done well because of the level of professionalism they displayed in all the other areas. Highly recommend!!

They started the demo, and continued to talk with us. We decided we wanted extra stamped cement patio, walkways and a fire pit. We had a quick chat on the phone, I sent pictures, Alex came by next day to evaluate the issue, he did a thorough inspection and found issues I hadn't noticed. He talked me through everything making sure I understood the issues; what was essential, and what was minor/passable, which I really appreciated. He quoted me a price. Next morning, I was an hour late, but the team arrived on time and was already wrapping up the job by the time I pulled up! The sprinkler issue ended up being less of an issue than expected, so the cost was lowered. If I have any landscaping needs, I will definitely be calling Torres Landscaping. It was a great service with a smile. Thanks, Alex and crew.

If you're looking for flawless concrete work without the drama--this is your sign…read more I've used this crew twice--once for my driveway about 6 years ago and again recently for two patio slabs. The first time? Smooth as freshly poured concrete. They showed up on time, handled business like pros, and wrapped up the two-day job without a hitch. Fast forward 6 years later... my driveway still looks mint. Not a single crack. Not even a little one pretending to be cute. Second time around? Same hustle, same quality. These guys don't play. They show up, get it done, and don't waste your time. Now listen, if you're the type who needs constant hand-holding, hourly check-ins, or someone to send heart emojis every time you text--this might not be your vibe. But if you want solid work from a team that moves quick, stays professional, and gets the job DONE right? Don't overthink it. The crew is friendly, focused, and doesn't cut corners. They accept all forms of payment too (bless), which made things super convenient. No awkward ATM runs mid-pour. Bottom line: Quality work, no nonsense, and results that last. Highly recommend. Just remember--you're hiring a concrete crew, not adopting a puppy. Let them work and prepare to be impressed.
