We had a renter from Hell not only stop paying us, but left the house trashed with piles of junk. Once we finally got her out, we needed help hauling the piles of junk away so that we could get in and start the repairs. Since we live out-of-state we didn't know who to call, so we rolled the dice. We called a couple places who wanted to charge us, it seemed, more than the house was worth, plus they couldn't show up for a week (which wouldn't work since we were only in town for a few days). Then we called Francisco, who was not only super friendly, but he was able to arrange his schedule to meet with us sooner than we expected. Never again will i ever consider this company. Quoted my daughter $500 but then after trying to get in contact with them for a couple hours he finally responded and show no urgency in helping me get this hot tub moved so then I assumed he didn't want to do it and he turned around and and put it on me as if I didn't want his service. So then after going back-and-forth, he finally turned around and sent me a message saying he's going to charge me $700 to move one hot tub. I was furious and I felt he was very unprofessional. The fact that he was going to take advantage of two women by charging them outrageous prices when I got the job done with another company for $200 he acted like he needed 5-6 guys to help him move my hot tub when Raul , at Bakersfield F & F Movers, with a team of 3 were able to move my hot tub, two sofas, a patio table with four chairs and an ottoman for about 60% less than what Fransisco quoted me. I'll never use this company. Shady business!! Shame on you. read more

Francisco is truly amazing. I was moving and needed some things hauled away, texted him a picture and he texted a quote. Arrived that afternoon and hauled everything away. When I moved into my new home I needed more things hauled away and he texted us a quote, showed up the next morning.
