UPS....when it absolutely doesn't need to be on time!…read more UPS is the most unreliable delivery service available. Not just here either. Everywhere I go, UPS cannot be depended on to get deliveries made on time. Always delays, and their app is useless in terms of updates. I can't imagine why companies continue to use UPS for deliveries. I'll avoid buying from companies that use their service whenever possible.

She told me I would need ID in the last five minutes before closing and locked me out of the building when I went to get it. Not exactly accommodating, and bizarre because it makes the job harder on the business's end, not mine, they're the ones who will have to make another attempt because she could not be bothered to do her job. I wouldn't want to keep someone like that on my payroll, as it is a net negative profit and reputation-wise. Imagine if I had been picking up something medical or legal in nature, it's just a liability to keep someone like her on your staff. I shudder to think of the real world consequences that this disinterested employee's lack of professionalism could result in.

Everything before and after the truck showed up was a failure. Isaac, my sales rep, went silent. No call, no email, no check-in of any kind until the day before the move. When I finally reached someone, the schedule on file was wrong and we had to rebuild it because the dates didn't line up. The inventory was also wrong. Rather than fix it, they sent me an updated inventory and asked me to verify it myself -- in the middle of a cross-country move, which is exactly when a customer has the least capacity to audit paperwork. The predictable happened: the truck arrived undersized for the actual load and they couldn't fit everything. Still figuring out how to get them to me... The crew told me Isaac or a manager would call. Three days later, nobody has. Not Isaac, not a sales manager, not anyone. I have had to chase this company at every single step, including after they failed. I would revise this review if someone from management called, explained what went wrong, and made me whole on the items that didn't make the truck. Until then, one star.
