This is hard for me to write because I like truck drivers. I work with them and I even know 5 estes truck drivers that are great people. But I told my story to a truck driver and he was so angry that he told me I should do this. That truck driver was so furious after hearing my story, so here is my story. On April 4th, 2023 at about 7:10AM I was driving west on the 210 freeway 2 miles east of Daycreek Blvd in the city of Rancho Cucamonga, Ca. I will say I am an old man. I am in my sixties so keep in mind, I can't do things I could do when I was younger. Ok so I am driving, and suddenly I have a bad urge to use the bathroom. So keep in mind, when I was young, I could hold it. When you are in your sixties that is no longer the issue. So I panic. I need to get off this freeway at Daycreek Blvd. and find a bathroom so I don't leave a mess in my pants in my truck. I'm only human. So I'm in a right lane and I pass 5 cars. The last car saw me coming and moved over for me. I stuck my hand out of the window and I thanked him. Then I come up to this Estes truck and when I'm on the side of him he deliberately cuts me off so now I am on the shoulder of the freeway and then he comes on the shoulder as well and hits and breaks my mirror, scratched my door handles and somehow hit my back rim and damaged that too. I'm going 67 miles per hour, now climbing up the side of the freeway, hoping the truck does not flip over. while trying to stop. I finally stop and that idiot in the Estes truck just kept going. I was shaking, because I am stunned what just happened. So when I finally got my wits about me I called my cellphone and told my cellphone to get the nearest highway patrol to come out to arrest this moron. My cellphone came back with 4 highway patrol offices and they all said this CLOSED! They are no help. So I find a bathroom. I made it. BARELY!! I then looked up the Estes corporate office and called them. I'm mad at myself because I didn't remember the guys name. I was so upset that I was not thinking straight. But when I called him he was so angry this happened and asked where it happened and when I told him he told me he knew who the driver was. He told me to file a claim so Estes will pay for my damages. So I did. I also told the guy I have a dash cam I was going to download and show it to police.This dragged on for close to month. Some people I talked originally were gone the next week and so on and so forth. Then they took my claim and handed it off to a third party. I sent them pictures of the damage and how much it cost me to fix everything. But the bad part is when I went to BestBuy to download the dashcam, it was discovered it had stopped recording two days before. If it had kept recording I had this guy by the you know what. I think this guy sold his soul to the devil, because he was seeping through the cracks. That third party denied my claim. Estes couldn't even handle it themselves. So I am asking the public. If anyone saw this happen and happened to get this trucks plate, please turn it in to the police. This jerk needs to be put in prison for felony hit and run and also felony attempted vehicular manslaughter. If my truck flips over I AM DEAD!! We cannot allow an idiot like this to have a license to drive truck. This guy should not be able to ever drive a truck again. Help me put him or her in prison. Estes should be ashamed of theirselves for even hiring a jerk like this. Truckers are usually polite on the road. I was not ready for this. Help me get this guy. I have a better dash cam so I get the O*&*^%U* next time. Oh one more note. I thought this guy might be a cross country driver. But Estes has a building on Cherry Ave in Fontana, Ca. That is 4 miles away. It is possible he was only on the freeway 4 miles when he did this. Please let's get this driver.

I came in requesting service that I had previsouly confirmed was allowed according to the information posted on the official USPS website, however the staff refused to assist me. Both Stacey and Laura were dismissive and spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. They didn't appreciate that I called their unprofessionalism out and then labeled my request as suspicious, this was done on purpose; this came off as retaliatory and inappropriate. I'm sharing this to bring the situation to the attention of USPS management and to inform other customers. Situations like this reflect poorly on the organization and I hope steps are taken to ensure all customers are treated with professionalism.
