RIP OFFS, THIEF'S, UNETHICAL, CROOKS, DISHONEST!!! Esparza's Containers will want your credit card info before any work is done and they will charge you even if they are unable to do the job!!! Esparza's Container's uses a SINGLE AXLE TRAILER to move storage containers. Their inadequate equipment is only capable of moving certain containers and they WILL charge your credit card just for coming out to tell you they are unable to do the job. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CREDIT CARD INFO!!! Their driver was rude and had a bad attitude. I called Fleet Services Towing the next day and they came out and had the job done in no time. Fleet Services Towing has top notch heavy duty equipment (not a single axle light duty piece of crap trailer like Esparza's) and Fleets driver was extremely professional, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. These transport companies charge on an hourly basis and by having the proper equipment and an efficient driver means your transport is done quickly, therefore you will likely be paying less. These THIEF'S drove a very short distance to where my container was locate, glanced in my container, said it was to heavy for their equipment, left without even making any attempt to load the container and proceeded to charge my credit card. They responded to my other review on google and had the nerve to say that I was a liar. The only LIARS is Esparza's Containers Inc. Greed is an ugly thing and there is no shortage of greed coming from Esparza's Containers. They were warned that this review would be posted if they proceeded to charge my credit card and they proceeded to charge my card anyway - I guess greed got the best of them! This is exactly the kind of thing that greedy and unethical business do. Nothing like the good old bait and switch scam!!! These thief's NEVER asked for my container to be empty as they later stated. They WERE TOLD exactly what was in the container before they came out and weight was not an issue. Furthermore, what kind of business requires you to sign an agreement that states the following: "Customer will not hold Esparza's Containers Inc. liable for any damages caused to fences, concrete, building, walls, trees, bushes, ect" or "In the event the truck is to become stuck the customer is financially responsible to provide a truck or recovery at their expense. The customer will also be responsible to pay for standby time while the truck is stuck". So basically Esparza's Containers can send out an idiot driver that can damage your property, get his truck stuck due to his own poor judgement, and YOU WILL BE HELD FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE! My container has been moved twice (with more weight in it) by Fleet Towing Services with absolutely no problems. As can see by their own admission in their text messages, their driver DID over estimate the weight. Had they told me they had a single axle junk trailer that is extremely limited, they would not have been hired in the first place. They also do not deny charging my credit card (in full) for doing absolutely nothing! Their office is really close to the location of my storage container so they had almost no drive time. Furthermore, their driver did not stick to the agreed time that they were to come out - I guess these arrogant people feel their time is more important than their customers. If you to are a victim of these THIEF'S, dispute the charges with your credit card company and call Fleet Towing Services. Fleet Services Towing does not require you to sign a BS agreement that removes all liability from them and requires you to take on all liability for THEIR MISTAKES.
