No explanation or tracking of where the package was for the five days between. Make sure when you buy online that the package will be delivered by a responsible carrier like UPS or Fedex.

Seems the drivers just take your freight and show up whenever they feel like it with no schedule. If they tell you something will arive today or a certain day that means absolutely nothing.

They called and left a voicemail with lies, that they have a package that needs signature. The guy that shows up at your door step is obviously traspassing and lied to my face that he has a package for someone that requires a signature. He did not. He had a FAKE USPS priority box. Extremely rude and disrespectful to show up at a private residence and lie to your face! Just want everyone to be aware. They use name American Express Delivery, which is an obvious ploy to sound like they are delivering from American Express the credit card company. So in essence these are scam artists.
