When I ordered a rug from rugs.com they did not say that they would send it via Ontrac. I now know that whenever I order something online to check that they do not use Ontrac as their carrier. I won't make that mistake again. I see from the Ontrac reviews that no business has a worse rating than Ontrac. The vendor says they issued the tracking ticket when Ontrac picked up the package at the vendor's California warehouse on Dec. 3 and Ontrac claims they didn't receive the package at its California warehouse until Dec. 8. No explanation or tracking of where the package was for the five days between. Make sure when you buy online that the package will be delivered by a responsible carrier like UPS or Fedex. read more

I had a package that the driver WOULD NOT leave without a signature and the seller I purchased from didn't even require a signature for delivery! I contacted support after the first delivery attempt and they said they would notify the driver to leave the package. Of course the times the driver attempted delivery, I was not home and he still did not leave the package. So my package was returned to the seller saying that I "refused delivery" even though I spoke to the driver through my Ring camera on the first delivery attempt and told him to just leave the package and he refused. Shipped again to Bako only to sit at their warehouse for days. Again, order from AZ, got to Bako in a reasonable speed but now sits at the warehouse for the 2nd week straight. Original delivery date was November 20th.. Like others we keep getting the delayed messages. It is now December 2nd and it has been delayed 11 times. I'm flabbergasted at the ethics of this company, my driver in particular. I was expecting five parcels on December 3rd. One was marked "delivered" and the others "delayed." It's now Saturday morning and still no delivery as of today. Now I need to go to the store and purchase what should have been delivered on Monday. Furious doesn't come close to how I feel right now. It is now December 6th and neither package has been delivered. The ontrac tracking system states that the packages will be re-delivered the next business day. I drove to the warehouse personally and picked up one package. The other package was in the middle of a lot of undelivered packages. If you have a choice even if it's more expensive don't order or have your packages shipped via ontrac they suck...Sorry that's the simplest and most honest way to explain all of my experiences with them. This last one is the last I will pay double to not have them handle my items. The time before this I had an order from victoria secrets come In a melted package, undies unwrapped and some missing, melted damaged bra, and (2 kids shirts had been stuffed in the package NOT MINE btw) and the package re taped with duct tape!! This time again I ordered my Bday gifts to myself (special purple ugg boots I had been excited they were supposed to be delivered on the 12th, then for some reason they decided to just have it sit at the warehouse , and sit and sit...finally the info changed to say delivery day updated to the 16th ok fine NOPE!! I had to call and wait on hold for 55 minutes I told them change my package to customer pickup. Took 3 days for that to update! I went to pick up on Saturday online it says open 8-11 Nope! Don't go. So I drove all the way over there on the 23rd no cars there so I was a lil scared pushed the call button...nothing so I waited pushed again finally a girl came. I would give 0 stars if I could. Or negative stars, rather. I paid extra for fast shipping as I needed my item by a certain date for an event. OnTrac's website said they scanned my item in the super early morning hours and the estimated delivery time was that same day. Awesome, I thought. However, fast forward to 5 pm - my package still isn't out for delivery. I email and call customer service. Lo and behold, they lost my package. I ended up getting a refund from the store I bought the item from and now have to shop around about 2 days before the event. Piece of advice: if you order something and you find out OnTrac is shipping it, cancel that order IMMEDIATELY. Call that business and tell them to not use OnTrac. Unless they like losing business and money of course. Oh and OnTrac sucks. Avoid this cancer of a shipping company. Fedex, USPS, and UPS are way better - and that is saying something. read more

I have never experienced issues with deliveries until they started being delivered with Ontrac. My items were being split into three different deliveries which is understandable and never been a problem but now it just became extremely frustrating because this service is terrible to say the least. All deliveries were expected to be delivered by the 7th the LATEST. The first delivery kept being delayed even though on the app it said it was out for delivery. Only reason I knew it was delayed was because it wasn't here ! I had even requested the updates on their website multiple times and never got one not even after it was delivered. The second delivery was expected to be delivered by the 7th as well. Tracking showed it was out for delivery but the app didn't have an update from the 5th. On the 7th the app was saying my package was not able to be tracked which guided me to the original seller. Well guess what the seller told me to contact the delivery service which was pointless because they can't even update me like I originally requested! THEN I got the notification that my package was expected and out for delivery on the 9th....... It's the 10th and I'm still waiting for my package because now it's not expected to arrive until the 12! What's more annoying is i ordered these items on may 30 for an event that today,the 10th. read more

The driver did not park in a parking place (which there was plenty of) but parked his van in the driving lane blocking traffic and left it unlocked while he came in. On his way in I heard him state to someone on the phone something about there being a "screw up" regarding this package. Every single package (7 of them) has not been delivered to my address, they'll deliver it to your neighbors house, a street or two over, or simply make your package disappear. Placed camera to catch if someone is taking my package. Turns out house camera showed that driver never came to house although they marked it as delivered. On follow up with customer service, they indicated driver left it behind gate, problem is, we don't have a gate. With 17 acres, It's an Easter egg hunt everytime to find where the flipping driver hides our package. I'll give a hint, leave it at the HOUSE!!! I recently had an order I placed through Fashion Nova come through this company for delivery. I was home at the time On Trac claimed my ordered was delivered and did not hear anyone nor did anyone knock at my door or ring the door bell. I asked several neighbors who all deny receiving my package (we all return missed placed packages to one another all of the time). None of my neighbors recall seeing On Trac in the neighborhood on that day and the days following. I contacted On Trac and the only help I received was to be directed back to the company I purchased from even though they verified they received my package from the company. I have searched the reviews for this company on many different platforms and have learned this is very common with On Trac. I have 5-10 packages delivered to me weekly and this is the first that has gone missing. Because of the positioning of my home packages cannot be seen from the street and porch pirates usually don't entire our complex because of the gated walk way and no easy way to enter and exit. read more
