I recently had an order I placed through Fashion Nova come through this company for delivery. I was home at the time On Trac claimed my ordered was delivered and did not hear anyone nor did anyone knock at my door or ring the door bell. I asked several neighbors who all deny receiving my package (we all return missed placed packages to one another all of the time). None of my neighbors recall seeing On Trac in the neighborhood on that day and the days following. I contacted On Trac and the only help I received was to be directed back to the company I purchased from even though they verified they received my package from the company. I have searched the reviews for this company on many different platforms and have learned this is very common with On Trac. I have 5-10 packages delivered to me weekly and this is the first that has gone missing. Because of the positioning of my home packages cannot be seen from the street and porch pirates usually don't entire our complex because of the gated walk way and no easy way to enter and exit. read more

I've had the WORST experience with OnTrac. I stayed home all afternoon and evening so I could sign for my package only it never arrived. Same thing next day. I went online and it said there were two failed deliveries "undeliverable need gate code." So I called the company and I was told the driver would have my contact number so he can call and tell me he arrived. Never got a call. I called the company back and then I was told they could only put in a request but it's up to the driver to call you or not. That being said, THREE failed attemps. Unfortunately every package I have received through Ontrac has been 2-3 days late, left out in the rain (easily could have knocked on my door since deliver showed up at 8 at night) and no effort has been made when calling to try and get the packages expedited once late. Finally, when told I would get a call from the driver to notify when delivery would arrive, it did not happen. read more

Negative stars or 0 rating. I ordered from JC Penney's and it was sent through Ontrac. Bad move! I will never order from JC Penney's again if the insist on using Ontrac. I ordered on 4/27 and they said that it would be delivered in 5 to 7 days. but on 4/29 I got an email That my package was delivered at 1:59 pm. A week early, so I wasn't on the look out for it. I checked my porch and bushes and the package was nowhere to be found. I called JC Penney's and they said that it was delivered and then they gave me the phone number of Ontrac. Ontrac said that the GPS of the driver said that he was in the neighborhood at the delivery time stated. I told them that I was home and it wasn't delivered. Ontrac started an investigation and told me to wait 2 business days and since this was Friday, I had to wait until Wednesday. On Wednesday evening as my husband was going outside with garbage, there was my package at the door. This was on 5/4. They never rang the bell nor did they knock. My dog would have barked. To make matters worse they had written on my package, "no address." My address is clearly visible from three different areas from the front of the house. Then I noticed that they had put a new address sticker on my package. I was able to pry it off and see that the original sticker had my correct address. What??? Someone is a lying skunk!!! This company stinks!!! I fretted over those in between days about where my package was. Was it stolen? Did my neighbors receive it? Was I going to have to pay for something that I never received? Also wishing I could give 0 stars. I have two orders, from a company I have used many times. I used to receive within 2 days... I am 200 miles from the company. These last two orders have been a disaster. The first one arrived crushed after 8 days in transit. The second one is now 9 days in transit and is updated daily as "delayed until 'tomorrow'". Completely unacceptable. I understand delays, especially this time of year. But you cannot just bump deliver up one day, every day for over 7 days already and no known end in sight. They lost my package and delivered someone else's package to my house. I took an hour for customer service to return my call. I driver said a note was left on my door. Not my house. This is the worst delivery company ever. Now I have to wait for my stuff to be resent from the company I made my purchase from. They will be shipping with a different company. Worst delivery service ever. They never deliver on time, ever!! Once a package was left behind a brick pillar at my driveway entrance at the road. My home and front door is some 400 ft down that driveway. I can't even see these pillars from my house. But the package was left here in 3ft of tall grass, on a rainy day, on the side of the driveway that wasn't easily visible as we drive in or out of the driveway. Since it couldn't be seen in the tall grass it sat there for 3 days, in our rare rainy season. I didn't find it until I actually went hunting through all the tall grass for it. Opening that box was not fun, as it was filled with earwigs!!! I can no longer order from ANY company that uses this service. I'll sure miss Amazon.com read more

Multiple delays missing guaranteed delivery dates, tracking states on truck for delivery by end of day but no delivery, and no answer to customer service inquiries. Was home all day waiting for the delivery. They said they delivered it and left a not but nobody even drive down my street that day. Called customer service and waited an hour on hold. The man was no help at all so I hung up and called again. Got another person named Austin. He was very helpful and even called to tell me they would try again first time tomorrow as the delivery man was out of the area. Do not recommend. I wish I had a choice in using their delivery services. FOR ONCE I'd to have my package delivered to MY address and not my neighbors. FOR ONCE when it says "delivered", I'd like to actually be delivered, not left on their truck. Also I'd really like if when they said it was "out for delivery", that they would actually do it. And is it so hard to act professionally? Driving up and blasting your music to the point where I can't even hear what you're saying is not cool. I only rated 1 star because there is nothing lower..... They claim to have delivered my package on October 30. ( per their online tracking system) Yet my husband and I were both home all day and there were no delivers. Even if they hadn't knocked my dog goes crazy when anyone comes on to the front porch. If you google ontrac this is a common issue. I will be writing to sephora to suggest they stop using ontrac, my previous orders have been ups with zero delivery problems. Mind you we do most of our shopping online and first time I get ontrac as a shipper package is missing. I called ontrac amd they were pretty much not helpful. Third awful experience with this horrible company. First - Package marked as delivered and never showed up. Driver was supposed to come 'help find it' and never did. Second - Package marked to arrive by 8 PM, arrived at well after midnight. Contacted customer service and they were rude and dismissive. Delivery guy placed package in plain site, did not knock, did not ring doorbell. I was home at the time of delivery but because he didn't knock or ring doorbell I had no idea the package was at my door until I received an email 3 hours later saying it was delivered. Looked outside and nothing was there. I checked my Ring Video footage and that's when I saw him throw my package while talking on his phone and didn't attempt to make it known to me my package was there. 20 minutes later it was stolen. If he did his job properly this wouldn't have happened. I contacted ontrac and told them I have video proof that their driver is at fault for not making an attempt to either knock/ring doorbell or hide package in my patio that he walks by on the way to my door. They basically told me I'm SOL. I'm now out $70 and can't afford to rebuy my daughters clothes. Ontrac needs to take accountability and pay back for hiring incompetent people. Based on other reviews I wouldn't be surprised if this driver was on the phone with his buddy to come steal the package, this company needs a lawsuit filed against them. read more

I only made an account here to explain my horror deliveries from these absolute buffoon clowns. But I will give a single piece of praise for this laugh factory first. If there's a single word to describe these natural selection exceptions, it'd certainly be "consistent" but I think "depressing" would be the runner-up. I call them consistent because they have somehow managed to present a smorgasbord of packages all screwed up during delivery in some completely different way. As if the other 30 1-star reviews didn't say that already, I suppose. About two months ago my dear beloved mother's dryer went completely bust, and it turned out it needed a replacement pilot light. So we ordered one off Amazon and it came about a week late despite two-day shipping and upon opening the package it was irreparably broken. We called Amazon and the service rep that answered, god bless him, gave us free one-day shipping along with a replacement. We saw that the same courier was shipping the package but didn't know of their awful service at the time. Unlike the last package, after a week we didn't have any package at all, despite Amazon's page saying it was delivered. We first called ontrac but got left on hold for nearly 40 minutes before we gave up. We called Amazon back instead and asked what was wrong and a rep told us they'd been having trouble with ontrac "for a little bit" but they'll sort it out. A quick Google confirmed that this behavior had been going on for YEARS and was still unaddressed. We called back yet again and requested a different courier. The rep assigned a UPS driver to give us the part, lo and behold it arrived intact the very next day. I don't understand how this is even possible. I don't understand at all how a company like this can possibly exist for more than six months with issues like this being this widespread. Ontrac has a place in Phoenix, AZ as well and miraculously it has a whole half of a star more than the Bakersfield location. If you didn't wanna read all that, to sum it up, getting your package shipped by ontrac is like playing Wheel of Fortune if every spot on the wheel was bankrupt. I currently have a controller for my Switch being shipped by them and I honestly don't expect to see it before Christmas if at all. If the CEO of ontrac is reading this please reconsider everything in general. Never touch my packages again. read more

This company is the worst! The driver decided that because today is a holiday, which it is not, they marked my package as delivery attempted 2 times at which they did not. I was on the phone at 10:00am for 28 minutes and on the phone at 4:40pm for almost 20 minutes. I sincerely hope that businesses do not use this company for any kind of deliveries. Now I will have to go out and buy the items I ordered and the ones that were supposed be delivered today will go back if they ever arrive! Thanks a lot OnTrac for wasting my time! Worst carrier service ever! My Amazon package did not require a signature, but the driver unilaterally decided that it needed one and did not leave the package. The OnTrac supervisor was less than helpful and told me it was at the driver's discretion. Really?!? Why not just require a signature all the time then? I live in Pine Mountain Club, in the middle of the national forest. Last night, we finally received our package at 9:38 pm!!! We have over 10 active black bears roaming around our town right now. This delivery guy is going to be bear bait real soon. One package for a neighbor was delivered after midnite! If her dogs had not awoken her, her package would have been destroyed by the bears before she got up the next morning. Walmart has just started using this company and i am going to complain loudly. Never had any problems with UPS, FEDEX or USPS. read more

I wish I could give 0. This company is the worst. This is the 3rd time that this company messed me up. They got shipment from Amozan and each time they didn't deliver my product. Yesterday they got a father's day gift to deliver and I called them and asked them to deliver the item after 6pm because that's the time the person would be home. They promised that they would do that but instead they went in the morning and said delivery attempted. I called them and told them that I will pick it up. Unbelievably terrible service. I ordered from Green Chef and was told my package would be delivered before 8:00 pm on the 23rd so I stayed home all day to ensure I got it, but at 4:35 pm the tracking info said it was undeliverable because they needed a gate code, so I called to let them know the situation and they said they would page the driver and give him my number so that he could call when he reattempted delivery: received no call. I was told when I called again that it was up to the driver and they'd received no response from him and by this time it was already after 8:00 pm. Called this morning, was told that the package was out for redelivery as of 6:00 am and was guaranteed to be here by 8:00 pm, again stayed home all day. By 8:00 I still hadn't been called, so I called yet again and was first told that the driver's supervisor had noted that the driver did not want to deliver because it was a perishable item and it was left at the warehouse, but when I told him what I was told about redelivery and what the site said about it being out for delivery, he said that he was seeing that was well and put me on hold to contact the supervisor and driver. He was unable to reach either of them but promised to call back. Half an hour later, he called to let me know that the package went missing after being marked as out for delivery and that it wasn't at the warehouse or on the truck and no one knew where it was. And because it was a perishable item, even if they do find it they won't be able to deliver it because they only have a two-day window. So, that's $80 wasted and I'm getting no response from Green Chef. I will never trust On Trac to deliver a package again. read more

This is a first for me leaving a review, but I am very angry. On Trac just delivered my light bulbs I ordered from amazon. He just threw it up on my porch and i could hear breakage through my microphone on my security camera. Amazon really needs to cut these guys loose. We have ordered products from Amazon several times, and the ONLY time we have NOT received it on the expected delivery date has been when it was with OnTrac. Never had a problem with UPS, FedEx or USPS. When I see a delivery is scheduled by OnTrac I am disappointed because I know they are unreliable. The tracking online shows the products are "out for delivery by 8pm" but never get delivered until a day or two later. Maybe it's because we live at least an hour from Bakersfield, but they are being paid for their time and travel. I will be contacting Amazon again about their use of this company and how it reflects poorly on their company. read more

This is by far the worst shipment company I've ever used. They seldom ever deliver in my area. If they do make it to my area my shipment is always at least two weeks late. Talk about poor customer service. I can always count on other Career Services to deliver to my door. But with ontrac they leave my shipment at the end of my driveway by the road. What a disappointment to purchase supplies to deliver to my home just to be treated in such a poor manner. Horrible experience on wednesday 8/24/16 i had got an email update saying my package was delivered and left at my front door. They never left anything i had to call customer service and after 3 hours the courier showed up with the package i thought okay everyone makes mistakes. I had another order scheduled for deliver 8/27/16 once again they marked it as delivered on front door i was home nothing ever got delivered. I had to call the company was told i would get a call back with what happened never did. Now here we are two days later and they still cant get in contact with the courier. So upsetting i needed those items by today, I would not recommend this company at all!! read more
