If I get the young lady, I know I'm not accomplishing whatever it was that I came in to do. Most recently, I came in at about 4:25 PM to pick up a package that they had already failed to deliver, waited in line for about a half hour only to get the young lady. She told me I would need ID in the last five minutes before closing and locked me out of the building when I went to get it. Not exactly accommodating, and bizarre because it makes the job harder on the business's end, not mine, they're the ones who will have to make another attempt because she could not be bothered to do her job. I wouldn't want to keep someone like that on my payroll, as it is a net negative profit and reputation-wise. Imagine if I had been picking up something medical or legal in nature, it's just a liability to keep someone like her on your staff. I shudder to think of the real world consequences that this disinterested employee's lack of professionalism could result in.

Do NOT go with this company. Living 45 min away from the city, we wanted to make sure we liked the…read morecontainers they offered, and that it could be delivered to where we needed it to in the yard. So we went to their site and checked the containers, asked about delivery and took drone footage and pictures with the measurements of the street width, the gate width, and the location of where it needed to be delivered. Because of the dirt road, they added an extra 200 dollars in delivery fees. When the day to get it delivered arrived, they brought it in a truck with a bed twice as long as what they showed us on their site. As a result, the trailer could not fit, and the container could not be delivered where we needed it to. After some conversation, we agreed to let it be delivered in another spot, so WE would position it in the spot we needed it to go. However, as they were unloading the container, it went too far and smashed my mother's new wheelbarrow, and a pile of blocks that we're luckily in front of a new 16,000 shed that just was delivered. The wheelbarrow's wheel axel got bent and the wheelbarrow metal too. When we told them that they should pay for the wheelbarrow that got damaged, they decided to load up the container back into their truck. 45 minutes later, we have been on the phone trying to get compensation for the wheelbarrow that got damaged with the attempted delivery. They keep bouncing us around to diferente people. The logistics department of this company is not right. It wasn't the drivers fault, he was a nice guy, but the company should've know what type of trailer bed would be needed to deliver the container. Also, accidents happen, that's true, but the wheelbarrow got damaged, and they needed to make things right. Overall, I would never go with them. Their integrity, as a company, is shady. I would never suggest them to anyone. It's better to spend a bit more with someone else, than to have the mediocre work ethic and horrible moral integrity of this company.
