We love this at&t store! We have had to go in quite a bit the past few months for a whole list of things. First, it was to replace a really old iPhone with something newer since my boyfriend cracked his screen. He was in and out and back home within an hour, which I was not expecting because the Ming Ave store and Truxton store that would have taken me 1-2 hours easily because they get so busy. The second time was because we were interested in getting internet service so we could stop using Spectrum. We just wanted it all in one place and one bill. We ended up getting the girl who helped my boyfriend get a phone, Brenda, again. She let us know about internet, but also told us it was super cheap to add TV on too (it was like $10-20 more to get internet and DirecTV basic package versus just internet). Then she helped us get HBO for free because we have unlimited data. We were super happy and the process went smooth and quick to get it changed and scheduled. Then we went in a 3rd time and got Brenda again. We needed help figuring out how to move our TV and internet since we are moving (unfortunately only the customer service line can help with that), but we also got help getting my boyfriend on to the First Link network for first responders and she added me as an authorized user. It took awhile because it is kind of a painful process, but she guided us through the whole experience which would have been incredibly difficult to navigate without her! I've never said this before, but I'm actually not dreading the trip to get me added on to the cell phone plan in January because I know it will be as easy and painless as every other trip to this store thanks to Brenda and Eric, the manager, who always happily helps out when Brenda doesn't have the answers. These two make the whole cell phone/internet/TV process way easier and faster and have totally changed my outlook on AT&T customer service in this town because I've had some bad experiences at their other locations. I was promised next-day install, only to learn after purchase that shipping wouldn't be until days later and when calling the store I was told "one way to fix it would be to cancel the order" which felt like a micro aggression because there's no way days later on a promised shipment or canceling would assist or fix the lies told for a sale. Went in with my business partner to join accounts on a business account. Had 5 lines to transfer the manager helped so much took so long to do but had so much work to do! Even had to pull accounts from version! Best experience def recommend this store location. read more

Be careful of this store they add things to to your account when you buy a new phone. They add charges without telling you or asking you. Had the protection plan added to my account twice by separate individuals in this store. Once in November and now this time. Was charged a couple of months by the plan before I even knew it was on there in November. Caught it a couple of days later this time. They didn't ask or disclose this at all. Very sneaky. Only thing good about this place is it is not very busy. read more

Such an awful store, the manager has been rude and hides after she makes problems. Her employees know absolutely nothing. They tried billing me for items I didn't purchase and hidden fees. They charges $35/phone just to buy the phone. They won't take phone calls, they won't call back. They are extremely rude and sad people. This store and these employees are awful, and this manager has no idea what she's doing. Can't wait to switch to Verizon. read more

Had made an appointment at another AT&T store, after a lot of theatrics ( like buying a new phone should be an all day experience) I was told they didn't have the one I wanted. I went to the store on brimhall and was blown away how fast I was greeted and immediately was being helped. In a matter of minutes had my new iPhone 12 max 256 . read more

Personally every time I go to this location they always have an attitude, the somewhat middle aged lady with long straight hair and I believe she wears glasses didn't seem to care to answer any of our questions on our last visit and was just rude. read more

You know, I really expected better service this evening when I came into the store. I arrived at 7:20, 40 minutes before closing. All I needed was an iPhone upgrade and there was only one other customer in the store an associate was helping. The other costumer was waiting for his wife to come with a Costco card to apply a discount and the associate said they would be able to help me so I waited. After 20 minutes of waiting and the associate doing absolutely nothing with other costumer (who was still waiting for his wife) she apparently changed her mind and said she couldn't help me tonight after all. I personally don't see why she couldn't have helped me while the other customer was waiting for his family. Where is the sense in that? I didn't feel valued or respected and I don't think she should treat anyone that way again. I wouldn't recommend this store to any of my friends and if I could give a lower rating, I would. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars because they aren't even worth one. New location and horrible reviews already. I haven't even stepped foot in the store and never will simply from my experience just trying to call them. 1st time I was sent to a recording stating they were busy and it hung up. 2nd time it rang about 15 times before I hung up. 3rd time a female (didn't state name) answered and told me "you're going to have to hold on" and placed me on hold before I could even say a word. 4th time I got that recording again. 5th time it rang and rang and rang and I hung up. 6th time it rang 14 times before someone picked up and immediately hung up the phone. This was on Monday 9/17/18 at 6:10pm (those working then don't deserve a job there). My question would have taken 5 seconds to answer. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE customer service. read more

I recently got a new contract at this location. The lady who help me completely did my contract wrong. Somehow with my phone in her hand she put in the wrong Phone Model into the computer, she put in the IMEI wrong; which she had the device number right in front of her, along with my other things. Highly unprofessional, constantly on her phone texting the whole time while she's in putting my information. When I left the store everything was working for approximately 30mins. Soon after I lost my internet and my text messaging. I called tech support and I had to fix everything she messed up but that still didn't solve the issue. The next day I went to a different store location hopefully they could solve my problem. After a little two hours later and 5+ tech support phone calls they could not fix my issue that she caused on my new contract. I have to wait a few more days without internet connection, without text messaging because of her mistakes. This is now day 4 without anything. I would not recommend this location at all. Save yourself a headache and go somewhere else. They have no pride or self motivation on their job. read more

After my phone was stolen out of my car i was in desperate need of assistance. This was the closest store to my home. The staff were very helpful and walked me through all of my options. The sales rep who assisted me took his time and made sure i was completely satisfied before I left. This is a great store that really help me. Worth a visit. read more
