We were happy to see that Alexis was working at the Rosedale Store. Alexis is friendly knowledgeable and helpful. We recently purchased new phones and had questions concerning our plan and billing , they weren't right. Alexis found the issue figured it all out, lowered our monthly, and a credit will be applied. All our questions were answered she was terrific. We're happy with all the features on our phones and our Verizon service. read more

Cheyenne at the rosedale store off Allen road is awesome!! Highly recommend going to this store she was helpful and I'm very happy with my new phone. The only downside is if you call the store number it routes you to some service center that I believe is in the Philippines and they were awful!! read more

When in the store to buy the sales people are always very friendly and try to be helpful. However, I bought a new phone and the sales person insisted I had to purchase 3 days of insurance and pay an activation fee even though we have been Verizon customers for 24 years. The sales guy very politely said I could call to get the charge removed in 3 days. I called the number he told me to and they stated they couldn't figure out why I was charged either fee, and they couldn't delete one of the charges yet because it hadn't hit the bill, so I'd have to call back. Then 1 week in we get a notification that I'm over on data even though the sales person assured me I didn't need more. I look through the settings and find where the new phone is using the most data and turn it off. Then my friends and I figure out my android phone is sending and receiving all messages besides other androids. I can send, they receive and they reply but I don't get them till I'm hooked back to wifi and/or data. Back to the store I go. They can't find the settings or figure out the problem and tell me, "sorry we are just sales guys, if you have insurance you can use the Verizon app to get tech assistance" So home I go to call Verizon tech assistance. She was exceptional and so helpful. She also offered that I pay an extra $25 per month for insurance to get tech help. I said no thank you and she asked why, I explained my experience and she stated the sales men should have known how to fix it and been able to help me and apologized for them. Again tech support was amazing, sales people not so much. read more

Went in there to start a phone plan. The other guy went to his lunch so I was left waiting for the manager- bearded one with leather jacket- who was helping a nice couple. Waited almost 45mins for him to tell me that if my phone was locked with AT&T, he wasn't going to be able to help me. I then asked follow up questions about pricing for a new phone and new plan. He proceeded to talk to me as if I wasnt going to be able ti afford a new plan. The conversation took about 5 mins. Went to T Mobile and they were able to help me perfectly as well as do the things he said he wasn't going to be able to do. Verizon needs to humble this guy and make him clean the windows or the bathrooms or something. He presents himself as better than others. No one likes him. Give Josh a raise!! read more

Amiras is the best customer service employee I have found in a long time. Professional and courteous.

I am need of the customer support but verizon no longer has live people for you and if you get thru to talk it takes 2 hours for help if you hold on. Their actual service is good but they'll never give you a break on the bill no matter what the situation. Dont go you'll be like me yelling and cussing out a fking robot, go where they have actual humans to talk to you. Worst customer service ever encountered read more

My husband waited 20 minutes in the store with no acknowledgment of him at all so he just walked out , man all your locations need to be trained in basic customer service or even basic human skills when you see some one say some thing even if it's quick like I'll be right with you or good afternoon ! I absolutely love Go Wireless' new policy of a no questions asked 14 day return policy for any new phone purchased from their store. I purchased a new iPhone 8+ for my wife thinking that she would like the bigger screen. Boy was I wrong! She didn't like it, and I got to hear about it all weekend. So on Sunday afternoon I went back to their store where I purchased it, and informed Jesse that I was there to return my wife's new iPhone 8+ and exchange it for a new iPhone 8. Jesse was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process. Not one time did I get any grief about wanting to return my wife's brand new phone. My phone is due for an upgrade, and I'll definitely go back to this store for my next phone! Thanks Go Wireless!! read more

Terrible customer service at this location.. I will never come here again!!!! Totally wasted a hour of my time to be told I couldn't pay for my upgrade in cash that it HAD to be on a card but when she swiped my card it declined and I had more than enough money in my account to pay for the transaction. When I called my bank they didn't show any declined transactions and didn't see why it was declined save your time and go elsewhere read more

After being there for maybe an hr and a half to 2 hrs, they finally figured out the problem lol. Long story short, I pretty much had to change our contract because I was transferred to 1 acct but I couldn't upgrade my phone l because I was kinda still on my own deprecate acct so it made things funky. They called their other office and were all super helpful and patient. It was no ones fault so I ended up happy with a new phone and they know the way around a new problem they might come across again lol. read more

So I needed a new phone, really bad still had old dumb phone. I went here about an hour to closing and Sergio was there to help. I had my crazy 3 year old son with me, and I needed a lot of questions answered but still had to control my son. Sergio was patient and let my son pretty much mess up the whole store, while he kept saying dont worry about it Ill take care of it. What a nice guy. I ended up needing to come back the next day to pick up the phone we chose. Sergio had left a detailed message to his manager who was going to be there in the morning so I only had to come it and finish the transaction. Nate the manager was also super nice, she had 3 people call about the specific phone that I had picked the day prior but she saved it for me. We went to Verizon store #333 today and met the most amazing workers there . Our salesperson was Ruth M and she was such great help to me. I am a truck driver and I go to many different Verizon stores but this one topped all the other ones with amazing customer service. Ms. Ruth definitely needs to be training other Verizon employees on customer service. Thanks again for all your help and I hope your boss knows what a great worker they have. Fantastic customer service!! My new iPhone 7+ was not working properly- camera, flashlight, and Siri would not work. He spent a lot of time with me and trying to get the phone to reset, etc. After he tried everything, he told me that I would get a new phone. The next step was to call and talk to someone on the phone and explain to them. I was told I would get a "refurbished" phone........ I said I wanted to get a new phone since mine was less than 2 months old. My guy got on the phone and went to bat for me. End result was a trip to the Apple Store, where they fixed my phone. In addition to the tech support, I also had many questions answered about my bill and plan. In the future, this will be the only VERIZON I use! I feel bad that I cannot remember the name of the incredible young man that helped me, but he knows who he is and I appreciate everything you did to help me :) read more

Pretty much shitty service. The workers are incompetent and rude with the exception of the black gentleman. I have been there twice already and both times have been bad. The manager treats you like your a piece of crap and the tall brunette has no customer skills what so ever. Never going back there again. I would rather drive across town. read more

Michael Gongora's customer service at this store was AWESOME!!! He was a HUGE help!!! He literally had to call 10 different people at Verizon customer service to get my problem solved and the whole time he was very professional and didn't give up and he was determined to take care of my problem even though Verizon customer service was being super difficult. He also didn't once tell me "I can't help you - you need to call yourself". He was going to do what it took to help me and I appreciated it very much. Definitely ask for him if you go to this store. read more
