    We love this at&t store! We have had to go in quite a bit the past few months for a whole list of…read morethings. First, it was to replace a really old iPhone with something newer since my boyfriend cracked his screen. He was in and out and back home within an hour, which I was not expecting because the Ming Ave store and Truxton store that would have taken me 1-2 hours easily because they get so busy. The second time was because we were interested in getting internet service so we could stop using Spectrum. We just wanted it all in one place and one bill. We ended up getting the girl who helped my boyfriend get a phone, Brenda, again. She let us know about internet, but also told us it was super cheap to add TV on too (it was like $10-20 more to get internet and DirecTV basic package versus just internet). Then she helped us get HBO for free because we have unlimited data. We were super happy and the process went smooth and quick to get it changed and scheduled. Then we went in a 3rd time and got Brenda again. We needed help figuring out how to move our TV and internet since we are moving (unfortunately only the customer service line can help with that), but we also got help getting my boyfriend on to the First Link network for first responders and she added me as an authorized user. It took awhile because it is kind of a painful process, but she guided us through the whole experience which would have been incredibly difficult to navigate without her! I've never said this before, but I'm actually not dreading the trip to get me added on to the cell phone plan in January because I know it will be as easy and painless as every other trip to this store thanks to Brenda and Eric, the manager, who always happily helps out when Brenda doesn't have the answers. These two make the whole cell phone/internet/TV process way easier and faster and have totally changed my outlook on AT&T customer service in this town because I've had some bad experiences at their other locations. I will only be going to this location for all my needs! Thanks guys!

I've never had issues with AT&T over charging or incorrectly charging me so I never felt like I needed to check on it. I randomly decide to check my bill and realize it's significantly higher... has been since December. so I go back and check. oh yeah I updated two phones during that time. I traded in two samsung ultra for 2 iPhone 17pro. both traded in were completed in the store because my sister and her husband wanted to do everything quick. so tell me why they're now claiming that one of the Samsungs was never dropped off?! be so for real, the trade in was completed in the store!!!! they were at that store for hours transferring their data!!! they know both phones were traded in there so this is BS and a huge scam. my question is what happened to the other phone?! my guess.. someone kept it. very shady. never trusting this store with my business ever again. honestly, I love AT&T but I might just cancel all my lines and go anywhere but with them because this was a robbery and I want nothing to do with them anymore.

I was given directions on how to solve a long-standing problem (thank you Apple Support). Bree reviewed my phone plan, helped me to remove a service ordered by mistake, and found a better plan for me. She also found a great value deal on home internet and TV. I was very impressed with Bree's product knowledge and customer service skills. At no time did I feel pressured to buy. The time spent at the store passed quickly and most enjoyably. We had Kimberly and she was super helpful and we appreciated her assistance, but the whole process in itself should not have taken as long as it did. From faulty equipment to the too lazy to go ask a question ( not Kimberly), we were not impressed at all and agreed the change over was not worth the value of the hassle. Not to mention, I see dropped pants on guys regularly, on the streets. I shouldn't have to see a representative of AT&T wearing them like that in the store, but hey, at least your underwear matched the AT&T colors, Al. Maybe that's what gets business in nowadays, but it's also a sure fire way to lose business too. Live and learn.
