Hannah is a scammer and adds things to account to make commission. she lied and made me do things to my account, including changing a phone number and starting fresh with a new number, all to make commission. Went there to get my service transferred onto my partners, Hannah told us we weren't able to do that and said I "had to" get a new number, even after I mentioned the use of it for my business. She added things we didn't want onto our line under the pretense that it was a mandatory add on. Told me to call AT&T after 3 days to cancel my line and not tell them what I got a new service because "they'll try to sell me stuff" I called the same day to cancel it just to find out that I was able to transfer it the whole time. She wanted her commission at our cost. I wouldn't trust this location or her honestly. Everything seemed great while we were there, she seemed polite, but it was all a ploy to add stuff to our bill without making us question it. Everything she told us was a lie. If you've ever worked with this location, check you bill and call an AT&T Phone rep to question the legitimacy of what you signed off on. Also, asking us to wait to call after 3 days was because AT&T has a 3 day "buyers remorse" period. If we would have waited, we wouldn't have been able to fix the mess she made in our accounts. If I could I would give them 0. But I'm doing this on behalf of my father. The employee should be lucky neither my mom or I were not there with my dad when this happened. Especially my mom. My dad went there to try to get his iPhone 7 Plus fixed but the rude lady said they couldn't do anything. So my dad asked her if they had any inexpensive phones like old iPhones and the lady laughed and Continued to offer him the new stuff. Then my dad asked again and this ugly employee had the audacity to tell my dad to go to a "remate" (in Spanish). B*^% is lucky I wasn't there. Then dad asked her if she could star up his samsung 7 (I believe that's the right #) and she started laughing and said that they don't do it that anymore. My dad left pretty pissed about their stupid customer services. P.s. he had gone to Apple store prior. My dad decided to go to At&T on the east side and they were super nice to him. He saw some old Samsung phones that were affordable (but decided not to get one). So they were more than happy to start up his samsung again until he can have his iPhone fixed. My 5 star rating is not so much for the store but for the employee who helped us. We had such a pleasant experience shopping for our phones today. Rockwell who was the associate that helped us provided my husband and I with excellent customer service. He exceeded our expectations and truly went above and beyond. He was great at explaining the Next Plan and going over every detail. If only every AT&T employee was willing to help customers the way we were helped today, people would be so much happier with their phone plan. I was waiting to get a new phone. Since I had not made an appointment it took nearly 1.5 hours to get seen. When I was finally helped I was helped by the nicest, courteous and truly helpful assistant manager. Even though it was like 10 minutes to closing time, he still patiently assisted us and got us a new phone and helped us save money on our existing phone service. I went in with my fiancé since we were over charged on a bill for our cable. An employee made a mistake and we ended up having to pay over $300 so we went in and got help from a man named Jose. Now, I understand we all get tired and make mistakes but that doesn't mean rush the process. But anyways, Jose did an excellent job! Very helpful, explained everything, answered all the questions we had, very calm no rush, polite, we also waked out with only paying very little and I mean little all because he went beyond to make us walk out happy and we did.
