Picked up a great condition iPhone 14 for $300! Dominic was helpful and was knowledgeable! I was able to look at a few phones & decide on the best looking ones. Keep in mind, not all phones here are compatible with your carrier. Dominic had to manually check each one I selected. An advice for CellNow, you should pre-check all phones & write down which carriers it works with, definitely would save time for the customers. Even though Dominic was helpful, it took some time to find the phone that worked with my carrier. There were 2 iPhones in great condition I picked & they did not work. Thankfully the 3rd one was also in great condition & it worked! Since my old phone couldn't turn on, I had to stop into T-Mobile to connect the new phone (took employee there 5 mins). I would definitely return here if I need another used phone in the future, I also have recommended to friends & family.

ALMA shouldn't be working in costumer service!!!! So many bad reviews mentioning her and she is…read morestill there?! I'm very disappointed by the way my almost 70-year-old mother was treated by Alma. The first time my mom visited the store to purchase a new phone, Alma was wonderful, friendly, helpful, joking around, and providing excellent customer service. My mom even came home telling us how nice she had been. The very next day, my mom returned because she decided to exchange the phone for a different model. From that point on, Alma's attitude completely changed. She made my mom wait while helping customers who had arrived after her. When she finally brought out the replacement phone, my mom wanted to open the box to make sure it was the correct one. Alma told her not to open it there and to do it at home instead. My mom politely explained that she wanted to verify what she was taking before leaving the store. Alma responded with an irritated "okay, whatever," walked away, and left my mom to finish on her own. Today was my mom's third visit. She returned to complete her trade-in, but the old phone had not yet been erased. Alma asked if it had been reset, and when my mom said no, Alma told her it had to be empty first. My mom, who is not very comfortable with technology, politely asked if Alma could help her. Alma refused, saying she had to do it herself. She briefly tapped a few buttons on the phone, handed it back, and told my mom to just follow the on-screen instructions. My mom tried but couldn't figure it out, so she asked again for help. Alma refused a second time and told her to ask one of her kids instead. At that point, my mom became frustrated and told my uncle, who was with her, "Let's just come back another day with someone else who's nicer and willing to help." Alma sarcastically responded, "Byyyyye." My uncle replied, "It's your job. You should help us." Alma continued saying things like, "Bye. Just leave already. Bye. Bye." I understand that it was ultimately my mom's responsibility to erase the phone before trading it in. That isn't the issue. The issue is how an older customer was spoken to and treated. There was absolutely no reason to be rude, dismissive, or sarcastic. It's disappointing that someone who was so friendly while making a sale became so unwilling to provide basic customer service afterward. My mom left the store very upset, and that is unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, because no customer, especially an elderly one, should be treated this way.

She was not just pushy, her tone felt rude and condescending, and instead of being helpful, she made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. By the time I left, it felt like she was talking down to me rather than trying to assist. I usually expect better service when I walk into an AT&T store, but unfortunately this visit left a really bad impression. I honestly wish I could give this review 0 stars because of how poor the experience was.

Joey at Fix+Cover completely earned this 5-star review. When I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold…read more6, I was convinced the inner screen was broken. Since I was in a rush and had never owned a foldable phone before, he easily could have replaced the screen and charged me for it. Instead, Joey took the time to troubleshoot the problem and discovered it wasn't the screen at all--it was a screen protector I didn't even realize had been installed when my son gave me the phone about six months earlier. His honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail saved me from an unnecessary repair. He made sure the new screen protector was installed perfectly before handing the phone back, and the price was worth every penny. What impressed me even more was that the next time I walked through the mall, Joey recognized me immediately, greeted me with a handshake, and remembered me. Great customer service is hard to find these days, and Joey delivered it. If you need a phone repair, do yourself a favor and stop by Fix+Cover. If Joey is there, you're in excellent hands. 5/5 stars

Joei had told us that to replace the battery, he would have to remove the screen and it would potentially break. He ended up charging $270 for this battery swap because he needed to change the screen too being it broke. His repairs to the screen, which never had an issue initially, broke on the first day we got it back. Went back to adress this issue and was just told how it was our fault that it broke and how it has nothing to do with the quality of his work. He proceeded to walk away from his booth with the phone without communicating what he was doing. Told security and they said "ohh he should be back" and walked away. He finally came back with a new screen to put on the phone. Once he had the phone repaired, he held onto it for awhile rather than giving our phone back to me, so he could ask me personal questions about my relationship and intimate life. The whole situation felt very creepy and left me never wanting to enter the mall again.
