The guy in the office was very helpful and knowledgeable, they pay $3 each battery to recycle but hey I didn't need the money just didn't want to toss them in the garbage. We told what we were after and he offered a couple options. Their prices on set of bass strings are about the same as Amazon, if not slightly less. But I did pay them to install them for us, which they did right away. As well as do a mild cleaning on his bass (which it was in dire need of). The drum department has lots of the essentials, and pretty fair amount of used gear at fair prices, but not a plethora of options. But I get it. I was in retail in a previous life. It's brutal. I support local when I can but I'm part of the problem.. I also order stuff online at 1 in the morning cuz I can get price and product comparisons and see what fits my needs and budget at the moment. I hope these guys are here for a long time. We need stores where we can walk in and touch and feel and test out stuff, and talk with people who are knowledgeable and passionate.
