I was in desperate need of an alarm system in my older Honda, I walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule right away! They also provide audio system installations and are 100% transparent with the price. My alarm installation was clean, and they left no mess behind in my vehicle. They gave me a quick run down of how the system works answering all my questions thoroughly. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet making sure I was a happy customer.

Excellent installation. I'm very pleased.

Here's the real deal. These people are champions. I've had an issue losing sound or one side then the other. The place I went to ... well it was ALL WRONG. Problem wasn't solved. I heard about Advance and finally booked an appointment and waited. I was expecting better than previous but what I got COMPLETELY solved my issues. Can you see me smiling? What great feeling to know there are true professionals in this town. Advance Mobile will have my loyalty. Thanks guys.

Replaced the factory sub with a kicker

Had a great experience with the shop. Had a new stereo and sub install in my wife's 2002 Chevy Suburban. They did an amazing job and crew is awesome. They were backed up a few weeks but it was worth the wait.

I just had my GMC Sierra speakers replaced and added a 10" sub. Rudy and Co did an amazing job and my truck sounds awesome! They were very professional and cleanup was perfect. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone!

I just had to visit the T-Mobile on Ming to get my issue sorted out…read more Came in yesterday to see if I could get my phone replaced because I dropped it and the screen is now malfunctioning. Girl with pokemon nails barely looked at my phone, just gave me her tablet and made me fill out the online Assurant insurance form. I did so and towards the end it showed a balance of ~$100 if i got approved. Got the email today of the approval but it says phone upgrade, I did not want an upgrade I just wanted an equal replacement. The link on the email i got didnt even work, so i headed over to the California branch and doors were locked past 11am, sat in my car for a bit to see if they would open it but they didn't so I went to the location on Ming. I was unable to reverse the Upgraded insurance claim, and I had to pay the ~$100 difference. The girl at the California location did not inform me about anything, did not look at my phone at all, just gave me a form I could've done at home with the WRONG information. Incredibly frustrated. Wasted my time and the other t-mobile representative who used his personal phone to let me call Assurant to figure out what the hell I signed up for and what kind of "upgrade" I got, which seems to be just the exact same phone I'm trying to replace. It's obvious this locations workers don't care at all.

Chris right away helped us out. He didn't keep doing what he was doing without acknowledging that…read morewe walked in. He was the most efficient employee that has ever helped us in my history with T-mobile. Quick and to the point and with a smile. We need more customer service like his!
