I had a satellite radio installed at this establishment. After the installation, the transmission didn't shift to higher gear. I took it back and asked for a review of the wiring. They did it, and stated that all is proper. Subsequently, I took the truck to Brandon's transmission of Bakersfield and they replaced two solenoids and informed me that the stereo was connected to the feed of the solenoids. I informed Rudy of Advance about the mistake and requested them to pay for the transmission electronic repair. He denied again that any mistake was made. I asked him to come and meet with me at Brandon's, to which he agreed to. We met there and he was presented with the evidence. Still denied everything front of the other professionals, in spite of the facts. He refused again to pay for the repair, totaling $245.91 I do have all the paperwork. I brought my 2012 Audi A4 in for an installation of a MMI interface device that allowed me to install a backup camera since mine didn't come with one stock. Both the interface and camera were purchased elsewhere. I came in for an initial visit and discussion of what I was looking for. After talking and deciding I wanted to do the work here, the salesperson told me they were booked 6 weeks out. I wasn't in a hurry and so I brought my car in 6 weeks later. They had my car for most of the day. When I got it back, everything was working as expected. After dealing with the mousekateers at Bakersfield Harley I was sent here by the advice of my buddy to fix my Roadglide speakers that Bakersfield Harley screwed up on their install. I instantly liked Jack and Rudy (salt of the earth people ) they set me up after listening to my expectations. Jack has had my hobby car for a couple of weeks. He re-did my trunk totally, built a box,added a nice sub, some nice panels, and a floor. The amps are down in the spare tire well. It is really a nice installation, and it is show quality and one of a kind. Almost two years ago Jack outfitted my Golf with a couple of digital amps, a nice sub, and more green LEDs than most people need. (just the right amount for me LOL). Love this place. Rudy couldn't fix my malfunctioning Bluetooth but it wasn't for wont of trying. He worked his but off on my 2010 F250 but he just couldn't fix it. Of course Jim Burke wanted to charge me $600 to replace my rear view mirror (BT mic is part of the mirror) and he didn't charge me a dime because he did not get it working. There was a pre-existing problem with door lock in the driver side, to replace the module would have cost $850+ Rudy just ran a wire from the passenger side module and locks worked perfectly!
