Great customer service. Wook was done right. I was very satisfied with my experience.

I had a three channel dash cam installed. I made an appointment and the job was completed on time. There was a small problem with a seatbelt clip that was moved during installation, but the problem was fixed after I brought it to their attention. read more

Came in to get my alarm looked at thinking I would need to purchase a new one but they figured out the problem real quick . The technicians here are great and patient , we noticed they sell and install Dash cams and they explained in detail the differences. We ended up buying the momento and we love how easy it is to use and it has a phone app . This business is amazing everyone was incredibly nice . I was in desperate need of an alarm system in my older Honda, I walked in without an appointment and they were able to fit me in their busy schedule right away! They also provide audio system installations and are 100% transparent with the price. My alarm installation was clean, and they left no mess behind in my vehicle. They gave me a quick run down of how the system works answering all my questions thoroughly. The lady at the front desk was also very sweet making sure I was a happy customer. read more

I brought my 2002 GMC in for them to install a new stereo deck. Rudy was honest, professional and quick. I went in for an estimate, they made an appointment the next day, dropped it off and it was done the same day. Rudy took the time to explain the new deck and how it works. Very reasonable on their prices! I would recommend this shop to anyone! I will definitely be going back for future audio and security needs. Thanks guys for taking such pride in your service! Very happy girl to have my music back! read more

I had a satellite radio installed at this establishment. After the installation, the transmission didn't shift to higher gear. I took it back and asked for a review of the wiring. They did it, and stated that all is proper. Subsequently, I took the truck to Brandon's transmission of Bakersfield and they replaced two solenoids and informed me that the stereo was connected to the feed of the solenoids. I informed Rudy of Advance about the mistake and requested them to pay for the transmission electronic repair. He denied again that any mistake was made. I asked him to come and meet with me at Brandon's, to which he agreed to. We met there and he was presented with the evidence. Still denied everything front of the other professionals, in spite of the facts. He refused again to pay for the repair, totaling $245.91 I do have all the paperwork. This was my experience with Advance Mobile Security and it's owner Rudy. read more

They fixed my car alarm for me after a year of mine being crap and did everything I needed in less than two hours. Best service I've received in a long time. They are insanely friendly and incredibly cost effective. And they also fixed my car horn for me right before I left just because :) I'd recommend this business to anyone looking for top quality service for their cars (however this isn't necessarily a mechanic and they are very busy like most quality businesses so you must be willing to wait some time and book an appointment. A wait that is 100% worth it) read more

Rudy, Larry, and the staff at ams are exceptionally good at what they do. They are honest, competitively priced, and get the job done no matter what. With in house tooling for custom sound systems and enclosures, you don't have to look elsewhere for an all in one system. Customer service is always #1 priority and rudy and team have proven that by going the extra mile helping over the phone or in person during the rare times an alarm system or other electronics accessory that was installed required some troubleshooting. Combined, they have decades of experience in the industry among them and it really shows with how easy they make the job look no matter the type of vehicle or job. Meticulous attention to detail, prompt and reliable service, and knowledgable staff! Highly recommend for any automotive electronic needs Thank you! read more

These guys rock! I'm so happy with the work they did on my van, they are accommodating and kind. They put in a new radio that has Bluetooth, navigation and a backup camera. If you need a anything from security to a new stereo these are the guys to do it. read more

I brought my 2012 Audi A4 in for an installation of a MMI interface device that allowed me to install a backup camera since mine didn't come with one stock. Both the interface and camera were purchased elsewhere. I came in for an initial visit and discussion of what I was looking for. After talking and deciding I wanted to do the work here, the salesperson told me they were booked 6 weeks out. I wasn't in a hurry and so I brought my car in 6 weeks later. They had my car for most of the day. When I got it back, everything was working as expected. The installer took the time to walk me through everything to make sure I was happy and everything was working as I had expected. I would come back and use them again for future work. Thanks. After dealing with the mousekateers at Bakersfield Harley I was sent here by the advice of my buddy to fix my Roadglide speakers that Bakersfield Harley screwed up on their install. I instantly liked Jack and Rudy (salt of the earth people ) they set me up after listening to my expectations. The thing that set them different from any other business is that the order was mixed up with the distributor. They apologized, had the speaker company apologize and really worked their butts off to make things right. My bike sounds amazing and I would recommend them solely based on their value system and customer loyalty. read more

Jack has had my hobby car for a couple of weeks. He re-did my trunk totally, built a box, added a nice sub, some nice panels, and a floor. The amps are down in the spare tire well. It is really a nice installation, and it is show quality and one of a kind. Almost two years ago Jack outfitted my Golf with a couple of digital amps, a nice sub, and more green LEDs than most people need. (just the right amount for me LOL). Anyhow these guys do great work, keep in mind that it is a very busy shop that is many times booked weeks in advance. But rest assured Rudy and his crew do 1st class work. read more

There's some businesses you just can't help but want to refer your friends to knowing they'll leave very, very happy. Advance Mobile Security is one of them. I've sent many friends there over the years and they always leave happy. Rudy is just one helluva great guy who runs a fantastic business. If you're lucky his Mastiff Gia will be there looking for a pat on the head. Rudy has also surrounded himself with a bunch of great guys who know what they're doing and know how to treat customers. There's a whole bunch of businesses who could learn a lot from a place like Advance Mobile. read more

Rudy and his crew are professional and knowledgeable. Clean and organized shop with plenty of quality car audio gear to choose from.

Love this place. Rudy couldn't fix my malfunctioning Bluetooth but it wasn't for wont of trying. He worked his but off on my 2010 F250 but he just couldn't fix it. Of course Jim Burke wanted to charge me $600 to replace my rear view mirror (BT mic is part of the mirror) and he didn't charge me a dime because he did not get it working. Hint - they are very busy! read more

These guys are amazing! There was a pre-existing problem with door lock in the driver side, to replace the module would have cost $850+ Rudy just ran a wire from the passenger side module and locks worked perfectly!
