The good: He did ask for a deposit and the total cost was very reasonable. His attitude was friendly and professional The front area was clean and neat. The negatives had nothing to do with the quality of work. The ???: The Kindle was returned wrapped in plastic wrap and handed to me. I had to take it home, and charge it to see if it was repaired. I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good.
