I made a appointment over the phone for 3 pm at the store on California Ave. we went in and tried to sign in but there was no record of our appointment. We waited about 15 minutes before a nice young man contacted us, he couldn't answer many of our questions it was frustrating I felt he was new at sales we thanked him. We then went to another smaller Verizon store and were disappointed there was only one poor salesperson she had many customers she was doing her best but she didn't have time to help everyone I felt sorry for her. The other salesperson had just left for lunch. We thanked her for her limited help and left after about 45 minutes. We came home and will give it another try tomorrow. Verizon is our carrier and we like their coverage but finding a store that has the proper staffing and knowledgeable sales people to help us buy another phone has been a challenge. We'll try again tomorrow

The price is good as I've been with version for a long time. The people in person were nice but one would hope that in person the costs would be better or be able to engage in more price savings. Karl helped me right away; I did walk in and a line appeared behind me. That didn't rattle anyone and no groans. The staff still addressed the customers with them while greeting each new person through the door. That was a quite a feat. And boy did the line dissipate in just a couple minutes. There were also benches (soft padded seats) for customers to wait more comfortably than standing. Well, back to my personal experience ... Karl was timely, knowledgeable, and just made the walk-in experience the best it could be. He did all I asked and gave me clear answers while not long winded, yet not too brief. The answers were succinct and with clarity. So so so much appreciated. Thank , again. We will definitely be back.

We love this at&t store! We have had to go in quite a bit the past few months for a whole list of…read morethings. First, it was to replace a really old iPhone with something newer since my boyfriend cracked his screen. He was in and out and back home within an hour, which I was not expecting because the Ming Ave store and Truxton store that would have taken me 1-2 hours easily because they get so busy. The second time was because we were interested in getting internet service so we could stop using Spectrum. We just wanted it all in one place and one bill. We ended up getting the girl who helped my boyfriend get a phone, Brenda, again. She let us know about internet, but also told us it was super cheap to add TV on too (it was like $10-20 more to get internet and DirecTV basic package versus just internet). Then she helped us get HBO for free because we have unlimited data. We were super happy and the process went smooth and quick to get it changed and scheduled. Then we went in a 3rd time and got Brenda again. We needed help figuring out how to move our TV and internet since we are moving (unfortunately only the customer service line can help with that), but we also got help getting my boyfriend on to the First Link network for first responders and she added me as an authorized user. It took awhile because it is kind of a painful process, but she guided us through the whole experience which would have been incredibly difficult to navigate without her! I've never said this before, but I'm actually not dreading the trip to get me added on to the cell phone plan in January because I know it will be as easy and painless as every other trip to this store thanks to Brenda and Eric, the manager, who always happily helps out when Brenda doesn't have the answers. These two make the whole cell phone/internet/TV process way easier and faster and have totally changed my outlook on AT&T customer service in this town because I've had some bad experiences at their other locations. I showed up for a "scheduled" appointment with no real expectations and left with more questions than answers. In the entire time I was there, not one employee acknowledged me. Nobody asked whether I had an appointment or what I needed. At one point I started handling the display products just to see if anyone would react. And yet, I still got nothing. For a store that presents itself as the corporate office and flagship location for the city, that's a remarkable level of indifference. If this is the standard here, I'd steer clear. It almost convinces me to take my business to another telecom company. I may just consider it at this point.
