Horrible customer service. This store never answers the phone so you get transferred to a corporate number who can't help. Then the employees are rude while 1 works and 2 sit and do nothing. Store currently has no AC so it's too hot in there. Made an order on the weekend with an employee who said come back Monday. That employee isn't working the next few days and the other employees there just telling us to wait for a call. No one can figure anything or have any answers. Drove 45 mins to be told only half the order came in and we have to come back later... even though we got a call our order was in. (Wife believes they sold our order phones to others) Already starting this whole new account on a bad taste in my mouth. Do better Verizon. read more

I was not dealt honestly in this store. I wanted to change my plan to include international calling and was told it was $20 per phone more. The international calling worked great but my bill was $150 higher than before. I used the call center and learned that I was not told the truth. If you need any information about, or changes to your plan, do not use a Verizon store. Use the call center. read more

I'm extremely disappointed with how things turned out at this location. We placed an order online, but when we arrived, we were told it couldn't be activated and that we had to create a new account in person. We were promised our bill would be around $50-$60 with no extra features, which we made very clear. Instead, our first bill came back over $100 with added features we never asked for. Now I have to spend two hours on the phone with Verizon to fix something that should have been handled honestly in-store. It feels like the salesperson pushed extras just to get a bonus. I would expect this kind of shady tactic from a mall kiosk, not a Verizon store. read more

Went in to port over 3 phones from TMobile and transfer my business phone (already Verizon) over to create a new personal account for the 4 phones. Porting over the 3 from TMobile went smooth, but getting my personal account set up was a three hour ordeal. Katie at this store was very helpful, cordial and professional, but she had a plethora of issues in getting her tech group on the other end of the phone to get things done. My phone went through the wash cycle yesterday, because of my carelessness. I tried the rice strategy and other ways to bring it back to life. Went by the store this morning expecting that it was dead for good. Sergio brought it back to life, made some adaptations, confirmed my contacts were still backed up, etc. He was patient, helpful, and very clear about what steps he was taking to make sure the phone would work for me. My son's phone recently got busted and Verizon wouldn't help replace the phone because I wasn't on their account but my wife is and even though I had the money to replace the phone they were hesitant I think we should stop doing business with Verizon.And have b.b.b.check on their policy and maybe have them shut down by the license committee. read more

I went in to Verizon get an Apple Watch. I was greeted by Corrie right off the bat with a warm smile and a welcome how can we help you today? She was also super good with my daughter who's only a few months old & was fussy when we walked it. It's nerve wracking to have a fussy baby in public and to instantly be welcomed was so nice! She was incredibly knowledgeable about my watch & walked me through the set up, she even sat with me and showed me all the fancy features the watch had, how to sync it with my phone etc. I was so thankful for all of her help! She even offered to help me with any phone concerns I may have or concerns in general in the future. Thank you Corrie, for all your help!!! read more

My experience at this store was awesome! We were applying for a business account and cancelling our personal account. We were also purchasing a new cell phone and iPad. Katie walked us through the whole process and was delightful and helpful to whole way through. My photos were not downloading onto my new phone from the cloud and she kept my old phone and made sure that it was complete. She would text me and call me on her personal cell phone to check to see if the photos had downloaded. A week later when they still hadn't, she walked me through the process again. She wasn't satisfied until I had all of my pictures back. Thank you so much for being so helpful!! read more

A few months ago i went into the Verizon on stockdale hwy and asked about switching over from t-mobil. I explained to the girl there her name is corrie that im interested in switching over if i can get a better monthly payment.i was paying 258.00 at t- mobil she did some figuring and came up with a quote for 236.00 a month. So i agreed, i paid the ridiculous fee to switch over which was 700 plus. Corrie told me that our first couple of bills would be a little high but will balance out in our 3rd month which it did. I got my 4th month bill and it's for 315.00 i went in and we talked to customer care and i was told that's gonna be my monthly bill. I explained to them that i would of never switched over if my bill was gonna be higher they said there was nothing they could do. So basically i got screwed so if ur thinking about going to Verizon think twice because they are liars and scam artists!!! read more
