They replaced a screen on my iphone and before sealing it they purposely left a screw slightly raised so it could damage the screen after time. The screw did just that and they stated that it was dropped even after them knowing what they've done. So i took it to another shop (jjwireless) and they showed me what eagle cellular had done by rigging my phone. Be careful and don't waste your money at this shop. You have to continue to look for them and follow up with them which in my perspective is just bad business. I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good. The tech cleaned out the charger port and the speaker and fixed the issues. The big plus was that he did not charge for the cleaning!!! If you have phone issues, give this shop a try.
