They went beyond the extra mile. Wyatt had me call the helpline while I was sitting in the store. The rep was unable to hear me very well, so Wyatt spoke to him on my behalf. Wyatt really got the ball rolling and the rep reopened claim for a new screen. Voila!! John had the new screen put on in Only 15 minutes!!! I am beyond impressed. The helpful service I received! I did not feel like the technician was being dishonest. My mom's phone was not connecting well to the lightning cable and the speaker when holding it up to her ear did not sound good. The tech cleaned out the charger port and the speaker and fixed the issues. The big plus was that he did not charge for the cleaning!!! If you have phone issues, give this shop a try.
