Keep in mind, not all phones here are compatible with your carrier. Dominic had to manually check each one I selected. An advice for CellNow, you should pre-check all phones & write down which carriers it works with, definitely would save time for the customers. Even though Dominic was helpful, it took some time to find the phone that worked with my carrier. There were 2 iPhones in great condition I picked & they did not work. Thankfully the 3rd one was also in great condition & it worked! Since my old phone couldn't turn on, I had to stop into T-Mobile to connect the new phone (took employee there 5 mins). I would definitely return here if I need another used phone in the future, I also have recommended to friends & family.

I made a appointment over the phone for 3 pm at the store on California Ave. we went in and tried to sign in but there was no record of our appointment. We waited about 15 minutes before a nice young man contacted us, he couldn't answer many of our questions it was frustrating I felt he was new at sales we thanked him. We then went to another smaller Verizon store and were disappointed there was only one poor salesperson she had many customers she was doing her best but she didn't have time to help everyone I felt sorry for her. The other salesperson had just left for lunch. We thanked her for her limited help and left after about 45 minutes. We came home and will give it another try tomorrow. Verizon is our carrier and we like their coverage but finding a store that has the proper staffing and knowledgeable sales people to help us buy another phone has been a challenge. He was with another costumer when my husband and I walked in. He greeted us as he did with another costumer although he was busy. He multi tasked all the work very well considering he was the only employee and he did it with such patience and kindness. Props to him. Verizon currently was having deals such as the more you buy, the more you save. My husband traded in his cell and got a new cell plus a new galaxy watch and a new iPad. And our bill will only be $30 more. Giovanni gave us all the paperwork and receipts of course so if we have any discrepancies on a future bill, we can have his paperwork as proof what we were quoted. They did have the cell plus the iPad in stock but the watch we will have to return to pick up. We were there for maybe an hour to an hour and a half but they do make appointments for these services.
