Was really disappointed in the service at this location, over 10 years it's been my go to, then my mom switched over I take her in to get some account stuff handled, she's elderly, they won't let HER access HER phone or account bc her ID is expired (by a month). She already has a hard time understanding things or remembering and I just thought it was very inconvenient and inconsiderate that they wouldn't help her, it's not as if it's a repeated occurrence, I know they sometimes will have you answer security questions to get in your account when you don't have an ID seems they could've made a one time accommodation. read more

The curlied hair girl Anna has horrid customer service. We had someone else attending us when my husband left the premises to get a phone we were going to trade in. When he came back we told her someone else was attending us but little did we know that they were going to lunch. When we asked her to take care of us she had a horrific attitude towards us and we asked her why the bad attitude and asked someone else help us out. read more

I purchased a screen protector that was going to be picked up in store later on that day. upon arriving I was told that the employee who made note of the purchase "accidentally" took it home. I went in to pay off my lease and turn in my old phone but they refused to allow me for some reason. I purchased a Google from directly from the Google store and they insisted on having me hand over that phone as well when there is no need to put hands on it at all. read more

The remodeling is nice but Not the best location, the couple times I have gone I've gotten adittude from the workers, even after still being polite. it won't kill someone to be nice. I pay a bill and it's not a big deal to not receive the correct change back because it won't hurt me but come on just give your customers there change correctly as it should be. read more

Went to this T-Mobile location since I didn't want to drive to the other side of Bakersfield. When I walked in me and my brother were greeted by an employee who also asked why we came. We needed a phone for our dad, and the employee assisted us in doing so. The employeee was friendly and fast. While doing his job, he would communicate with us so we just don't stand in silence. 3 years with Verizon. And it hit me. I was paying too much. 220$ for 2 phones. Per month. T mobile it seems out of nowhere is now a fierce competitor and grabbed on to the Title of Top Tier phone service with way better deals. I went to this store thank you guys for the swift change of services. Less than 2 hours. Oh and now I pay 140$ for the same unlimited services. I can't tell the difference with service I still have Fast 1080p video stream and it's all good. Glad I switched. I'm saving money. Jose helped me out btw. Good guy. too bad i cant give zero stars to this t mobile location on Niles, let me tell you why, 2 days ago i enter this store at 11:55 am to upgrade my phone wich by the way it was going to be almost $1,000 dollars transaction, well all of the sales persons were busy at the time wich its fine but nobody bother to knowledge so i look around and no signs to what to do if you have to wait only this bigall ottoman at the center of the store so i thought well i guess i sit and wait for them to call me as soon as they can but 15 minutes went by and finally one of the sales woman was free to my luck somebody walk in at the very same time and walked to her to pay his bill or something like that and just like that she took him and completely ignored me, i just stand up and scream this is bull?:#t and left the store and still nobody bother to even look up!!! T-mobile service in the Kern River Valley is pathetic. Yesterday, I had a ping of over 100ms, with download speed on my Iphone 6S 128GB of 0.20 mbps. It's too slow to be useful, along with 2 bars of service. T-mobile makes excuses when you call, but the bottom line is, their service sucks in the Kern River Valley. Bring ATT or Verizon if you come to visit. I've been a customer for over 10 years in LA, but now that I'm spending more time up here, no way - no more! read more

The sales rep I spoke too was very fast and unclear and would not give his name. All I needed was a receipt AND you guys couldn't even provide decent customer service. read more
