The cellular store that fixed my phone said the battery looks new. I want to apologize for my previous review as I was upset and no proof on my allegations. THE REASON FOR THE 5 stars today with Eagle Cellular is because the owner reached out to me and offered to rectify the issue and invite me to come back and they wanted to fix. The customer service with the follow up to rectify this is all I can ask for. Thank you sir. I would give them another chance if I lived here. The phone definitely had more issues than just the battery. Place in Vegas had to extract all the software and firmware and reinstalled new software. Was not an easy task and a lot of YouTube videos were involved to diagnose.
