I requested a service, it was the weekend, and this business reached out first. After a bit of…read morecommunication between Kalieb and I, we set a time. In the interim I managed to take care of my laptop issue on my own, but I want to give kudos to this business. Kalieb provided an estimate, a suggestion of what may be wrong, an agreeable game plan for repair, and approximate time for pick-up (he's mobile), and finally, estimated completion. Solidly professional... and I'll look him up again should I need computer work in the future... kept his number.

A very professional, reliable one stop firm that is extremely knowledgeable and experienced. Kalieb got the job done quickly without pressure selling while offering suggestions and options. I assumed that he would just assume that I would find someone closer. To my surprise, Chris asked about the issue and spent about 20 minutes on the phone trying to talk me through a solution. He diagnosed that the laptop was probably history. He gave me some ideas for a new laptop and where to buy it. He further offered to handle date transfer. In this day and age, I feel that customer service is everything. Yes, skill is important, but I want to be dealt with like someone cares. Chris demonstrated that today. I recommend him.

I was referred to Xit in August of 2024 specifically to Ridell who put together a proposal for a…read morenew server for our business. We agreed to the around 4,000 pricing and requested they get started as we were scheduled to take in over 400 pallets from one specific vendor in late December 2024. Thanksgiving came around and Ridell was not answering our calls, turns out he left XIT and we ended up with Cody & Dipti. Who seemed to take things over and put us together. Well that is only what we thought, by the end of December we had delivery of 400 pallets and no way to control inventory or locations. Anyone that has a warehouse knows the potential disaster this has the makings of becoming. Dipti took over our account, we went from $4k-$5 and a cable was holding up install of the Server. Pallets came, we entered our inventory in an Excel Spreadsheet, by the end of January 2025 we got our server, no monitor but our server was in without a monitor and price went to just under $7K. Then I needed to reach Dipti our account rep, well she was gone. The very uncomfortable feeling of "bad choice for IT Provider" hit hard as any business owner knows this is the backbone of the company. I did my homework and found overwhelming within our Fastener Distribution WTC was the one to work with. I had to pay off any balance with XIT before I could get any passwords to our server, buyer beware! Come to find out, we had no Firewall, and we were 80% set up correctly. So the good news is 80% is better than 50% right, I would never use this company! They might be great for an office environment but not a stocking warehouse.

Once i entered the main doors, their business is to the left. I was greeted by a friendly woman who took my forms and registered me. She also took my fingerprints. The whole visit took no longer than ten minutes. She also had me fill out a ticket with my name and cell number for a raffle that she said they do each month for a $100 prize just because. I thought that was pretty cool. And this business just doesn't do fingerprints. They're a notary, and I'm sure much more. This service/visit was very pleasant!
