I've been a client of ARRC since December 2014, and I've come to expect two things from them: professionalism and consistency. Something I appreciate are their technicians; professional, trained, and knowledgeable. It's refreshing because I can talk with them and they don't use all this technobabble you get with other companies. They communicate clearly and on a level I can understand. When I call ARRC for any reason, they answer the phone quickly and professionally, and I get to the person I need quickly. They consistently deliver a high quality service, one I've come to count on over the years. When I need support, I know I can count on their team. They've saved me multiple times. In 2016, we had a server crash and we got support from their specialists over the weekend, they even delivered a replacement server. They seriously saved the day. Our law firm has been customers of ARRC from the time that Alex and Monique founded the company. Across the decades, the only source of office computers has been ARRC. For potential customers--and you are welcome to phone me should there be any reason to doubt this post--the main reason is competence; They know what they are doing and have a staff of IT people from varied backgrounds, who all--in our experience--have a dedication to leaving the customer with a superbly functioning system. Their installers are an example of what American Business needs: employees who do not see themselves as "employees" rather, as a team with a goal...and that goal is to get their customer's system up and running correctly, regardless of the time they must spend on the job. They encountered challenges with our installation, and yet, never was there a sense of "rush" or "Just get the job done." It was the precise opposite. This week--Thank You, President Trump, for the tax changes--we upgraded all of our 4-year-old office and remote computers to new Windows systems with a compatible version of WordPerfect. This required a great deal of magic from the ARRC Installation Team to get everything correct, and they did it. Patient. Took time to explain what they were doing. Kept us informed at each step. Our company wanted to support the local community by doing business with a local IT to get fast support and to work on computers quickly and easily. We used this company for over 8 years and when we started with them they were great, but over time they became too big and problem resolution slowed way down. For example, our company email was down for over 2 days (not acceptable for todays business) and we needed to look elsewhere. They tried to implement faster priority support, but you always get a low/new technician who doesn't know what they are doing. Their top techs are AWESOME and when ARRC was a smaller company you spoke to top techs all the time with quick resolution times. I know it is hard to keep up with the changing computer industry with new viruses, malware, faster computers, etc. (That is why we pay someone else to do it) However, I think this company's flaw is its vision. For our small company, purchasing expensive servers and leaving them on site was the only option 10-15 years ago, but now with all the new technology renting server space (cloud based) is the way to go. We now have all of our servers in Las Vegas in a secure location and rent server space with super fast internet connections. I know a lot of companies still using ARRC and are afraid to change either because of down time or expense of moving all the data to new servers. There should be a DANGER sign at the entrance of this place. I've 4 experiences with them, all cost me lots of money. They sell crap but charge mint for it. They say it is top quality and to go on line to verify the company. It's the ceberg all over again ..all you see is the top until it's too late. I really do feel is a scam for the consumer, those not up to speed on high tech stuff ..like me. Go somewhere else, please. read more
