I have this Lenovo laptop that's by far the best laptop I've ever had. I was shocked one day when the hinges failed without warning and I couldn't open or close the screen rendering it no longer portable. This place is on Rosedale Hwy and easy to get to if you work or live in the area. They did a good job and it was cheaper than the other place I had take the laptop to in the past. The main computer that runs my business got the "blue screen of death" on a Monday morning of ALL things! ACE took my computer in, same morning, had me out the same day (as my business was shut down until the computer was fixed). When I got it back to the office, it worked like a Rolex and noticed there was some "fix it" software installed on it so I can keep the maintenance up to date on it. They did not charge me extra for the software and that was cool. The price was super reasonable; especially for the same day service. For the other people that are attacking ACE, I think you should remember these guys are computer technicians; not magicians. If they can't "miraculously" fix it, then it probably isn't worth fixing or sometimes its a hardware issue that needs help only the factory can assist with. The people at ACE are professional, fast, and reasonable and that goes a long way these days. Take your computer to the computer geniuses at Best Buy and see how you like your computer being gone 2 weeks for twice the price. Oh and that LONG LINE you see when you are Best Buy? I went in there after building a new PC that wouldn't boot. I had a bunch of parts and no idea what was wrong. I personally tested the power supply, but I ended up needed a new mother board. These guys helped diagnose the problem and installed the new motherboard. The process took a little bit of time, but they were very helpful and they basically rebuilt my PC with much better cable management than I did.
