I found Eric on Yelp and he had great reviews although I usually want to see at least 50 great reviews. Eric was very responsive when I messaged him and I made an appointment for the next day. He was running late from his prior appointment and texted me 30 minutes before my scheduled appointment. Communications were great. Eric showed up and started working on my laptop. He was patient and methodical but my laptop problem was a challenge. Eric asked if I was comfortable taking the laptop to the shop. I felt good about Eric and gave him permission. Eric kept me up to date the next day and I picked it up today. Friendly, knowledgeable and most importantly, trustworthy and responsible, in my experience. I would definitely recommend Eric!
