I had a ticket submitted for a printing issue and it took over a week before someone even came out and about another week to finally fix the issue. This place is way to big for their britches. There are other IT companies that have friendly customer service and more competent techs.

I was looking for someone to build a custom computer. I am now about 9 custom computers into the future and my Attorney son and his partner have probably purchased 15 through the years. Eric builds both custom laptops and towers. In life all things are not equal, in that Eric not only builds and repairs computers, but he is the most knowledgeable Tech Support Guy concerning Windows and those issues that drive you crazy. Eric is the guy that his competitors call when they can't solve a complex problem. When Eric builds a computer for you he offers lifetime support. If he is at his workbench at 7:00 p.m. he will answer your call and help you solve your problem. Just imagine how many times I have called him after hours over the last 20 years. The good: He did ask for a deposit and the total cost was very reasonable. His attitude was friendly and professional The front area was clean and neat. The negatives had nothing to do with the quality of work. The ???: The Kindle was returned wrapped in plastic wrap and handed to me. I had to take it home, and charge it to see if it was repaired. (My bad, I should have asked to see if it worked). Jose wore his hat backwards. Guess he was having a bad hair day. When we walked in, the shop was completely empty with an eerie voice from the back saying, thank you I'll be right with you.
