Unimpressed. Disagree with those who say these guys can fix a Mac. They seemed to know less than I do about my problem, and basically said to just send it back to Apple. Finally UPS'ed it to the computer guy I bought it from who did real diagnostics, and found that the aircard was corrupted. I won't go back to ACE. read more

We've been coming here for years. When my daughter was a toddler, she thought it would be fun to pop the keys off of my laptop and they helped me get my keyboard replaced. The owner has always been extremely professional and courteous, and repairs have an above average turn around time.
