Extremely Disappointed with the Service I rarely leave…read morenegative reviews, but my recent visit I came in expecting help with a simple issue, picking up a new phone and happy instead left feeling ignored, disrespected, and completely dissatisfied. the wait time was ridiculous -- I stood around for nearly 15 minutes while employees chatted among themselves, barely acknowledging the customers in the store. When I was finally helped, the representative seemed uninterested and rushed, offering vague answers and acting like my questions were an inconvenience. To make matters worse, they gave me incorrect information about my account When I tried to get clarification, I was met with more confusion and zero accountability. No one took the time to actually listen or resolve the issue properly. I've been a Verizon customer for years, but this experience seriously made me question that loyalty. I hope this was an isolated incident, but based on the attitude in that store, I'm not confident it is. Do better, Verizon.

So the last review that I left, it was because they told me all the right things when I was in, but…read morein reality after my initial experience, they had called me to say that the machine was broken and it was going to take about a month before they go work on my glasses and that wasn't so problematic because I told him I was having surgery and I needed them before surgery. I wouldn't be able to drive afterwards and they got them to me before I had my surgery. It was when I went to pick them up. The woman at the front counter had no idea of how to fit them on me. I told her on the right side just move the ear portion at the tip up slightly. Then she goes onto, bend the whole frame and nearly break the metal screw area off she was clearly not listening to me and she gave up easily. I wanted someone else to do them instead, but I will just take them to a different office in fact Dr Ratty's office downtown next to where I work. this woman should clearly not be adjusting frames. Look at the photos. lol. Is anyone's head shaped that way? I am sure that I will be back in the future because the prices were good, but I'm definitely remembering this woman so she does not touch any more of my future frames.

Excellent experience!…read more Went in to get an eye exam because I was having trouble with my current glasses and wanted to try contacts. They have plenty of appointments available at different times which made booking that much easier. The doctor was very friendly and all the staff were extremely helpful in the process. Special shoutout to the general manager who personally helped me when I couldn't apply the contact for the 100th time. She was very patient and I didn't feel rushed at all. She gave tips and tricks and was there every step of the way. I can definitely say you won't find customers service like this elsewhere. I was getting frustrated in not being able to get it but her reassurance definitely helped. Plus they have a 3 year plan for eye exams will definitely be really convenient next year. All in all I had a great experience and will definitely be returning.
